★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio MacBook Air a far vedere poiché non riuscivo più ad accenderlo. Dopo aver rimosso e reinserito la batteria, dopo neanche 5 minuti, mi dicono che non c'è più niente da fare e che l'unica cosa che si può provare è il recupero dei dati (al costo di 49 euro). Afflitta e incredula, dato che in 9 anni non avevo mai avuto problemi con il pc, decido di portarlo in assistenza in un negozio vicino, il cui personale risolve il problema in un giorno, cambiando l'hard disk. I dati presenti sono stati persi, ma il pc è attivo e funzionante. Mi dispiace per la poca cura e attenzione dedicata a risolvere i problemi della clientela. Essendo un rivenditore comprendo il fatto che il guadagno derivi più dall'invitare la clientela a comprare un nuovo dispositivo piuttosto che a riparare il vecchio, ma la logica prettamente commerciale che c'è dietro è davvero poco apprezzabile.
 I took my MacBook Air to show as I could no longer turn it on. After removing and reinserting the battery, after less than 5 minutes, they tell me that there is nothing more to do and that the only thing you can try is data recovery (at a cost of 49 euros). Afflicted and incredulous, since in 9 years I had never had problems with the PC, I decide to take it for assistance in a nearby shop, whose staff solves the problem in one day, by changing the hard disk. The present data has been lost, but the pc is up and running. I'm sorry for the little care and attention devoted to solving customer problems. Being a reseller I understand the fact that the gain comes more from inviting customers to buy a new device rather than to repair the old one, but the purely commercial logic behind it is really not very appreciable.
