Per poterlo fare devi andare in negozio.
Alla domanda del perché non rispondono alle Mail oppure al telefono mi ha risposto la ragazza dietro il bancone anche piuttosto stizzita che se lei ha un cliente non può certo interrompersi per il telefono!
Beh io se mi avesse risposto al telefono e mi avesse detto che i documenti non erano pronti mi sarei evitato 30km di spostamento con tutto quello che ne concerne in ordine di tempo considerando che erano le 18:30. Faccio questa recensione dopo vari approcci al punto vendita sempre con gli stessi risultati personale davvero sgradevole (soprattutto nella veste femminile).
Non mi vorrei sentire rispondere come mai viene qui e non va in un altro punto vendita?
Semplicemente perché da vecchiano é il più vicino e non sempre posso fare il periplo della Toscana .

To do this you have to go to the store.
When asked why they don't respond to emails, or the phone behind the counter answered even rather angrily that if you have a customer it certainly can't be interrupted by phone!
Well if I had answered the phone and told me that the documents were not ready I would have avoided 30km of travel with all that concerns them in order of time considering that it was 6.30pm. I make this review after various approaches to the store always with the same personal results really unpleasant (especially in women's clothing).
I wouldn't want to hear from you how come you come here and don't go to another store?
Simply because as a vecchiano it is the closest and I cannot always circumnavigate Tuscany.

P.s. È illegale non accettare banche online come N26, sarebbe preferibile le accettaste.
After 3 months of trying to activate an internet connection, I give up.

il lunedi 20/09 mi è SPARITA la LINEA TELEFONICA fissa
e anche INTERNET
Mercoledi 22 un Tecnico ha installato il MODEM
OGGI 29 sett. sono ancora SENZA LINEA TELEFONICA e
SENZA INTERNET
c'è di più : mi è stato chiesto di andare in un negozio di elettronica
e COMPERARE un ADATTATORE e collegarlo al MODEM
Per fortuna ho un CELLULARE TIM
I got the FASTWEB offer on September 3rd
on Monday 20/09 the fixed TELEPHONE LINE GONE
and also INTERNET
On Wednesday 22nd a technician installed the MODEM
TODAY 29 Sept. I'm still WITHOUT PHONE LINE e
WITHOUT INTERNET
there's more: I was asked to go to an electronics store
e BUY an ADAPTER and connect it to the MODEM
Luckily I have a TIM MOBILE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the Fastweb store in Pisa. Horrible customer service. We had a question about our home internet speed and they refused to help us before even hearing what the problem was. There was NOT ONE customer in the store at the time and the ladies were obviously irritated we were interrupting their gossip session. Then the two women sat behind the desk talking about us and rolling their eyes. Finally we were given a number to call fast web but the directory was in Italian and we couldn't understand what number we needed to push. When we asked the ladies if they could help us get through the directory to someone who may speak English they both just laughed at us. This is the absolute worst customer service. We were appalled at how we were treated and will be canceling our service due to lack of respect this company has for its customer. Hopefully in the future fast web will realize the value of training their employees to treat people with respect. Until then we will be shopping elsewhere.
