Quando dopo qualche settimana sono tornato a ritirare il pezzo, mi sono sentito dire che dovevo pagare 8 euro per il servizio. La cosa che mi ha dato fastidio è stata vedere il foglietto su cui avevano registrato i miei dati contenere la seguente scritta "8 euro, sa già che deve pagare"; preciso che il foglio era stato scritto con me presente senza alcun riferimento a questo pagamento. Inoltre, anche il mio amico si era informato su tale evenienza, e anche lui era stato rassicurato sul fatto che non ci sarebbero state spese aggiuntive. Alla fine ho ritirato il pezzo senza spendere gli 8 euro, ma mi ha dato molto fastidio la faccenda, perché in pratica hanno provato a fregarmi. Che poi mi sembra ridicolo il fatto di dover far pagare ai propri clienti spese relative all' accorciamento di un prodotto comprato nello stesso negozio. Avete perso un cliente.
