★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo centro alla ricerca di un modem 4G in quanto non potevo avere la fibra o adsl dove vivo attualmente e fin da subito, sono stato seguito quasi sempre da Marina, si è rivelata una preziosissima risorsa per ogni tipo di esigenza sia in termini di educazione e cortesia sia per la competenza e la professionalità che certamente la contraddistinguono in questo settore.
Ha saputo fin da subito individuare la soluzione più adatta alle mie esigenze e darmi i giusti consigli per ottenere il massimo delle opzioni attualmente in auge con il minimo costo.
Sono veramente soddisfatto del servizio a me fornito e dei risultati raggiunti, grazie infinite a Marina e alla catena per la quale lavora, continuate così.
Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Devo dire che mi sono sempre trovato bene, in quanto ne sono sempr3e uscito soddisfatto e con le risposte alle mie esigenze o domande. Soprattutto volevo fare i complimenti a Marina che é sempre stata molto precisa, professionale e gentilissima con me ma anche con tutti gli altri clienti che ha seguito durante la mia attesa. È bello vedere persone solari e professionali, che sanno quello che dicono e amano il loro lavoro anche quando certamente sono stanchi.
I went several times to this TIM store inside the Pisanova shopping center. I must say that I have always felt good, as I have always been satisfied and with the answers to my needs or questions. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata oggi per informazioni su Tim Flexy x la seconda casa. Mi è stato detto che l'offerta è attivabile solo da clienti Tim. Poiché ho insistito parecchio, non avendo letto niente del genere online, mi è stato detto che era possibile fare una simulazione, cosa che ho declinato quando è stato chiaro che la simulazione equivale alla richiesta effettiva del servizio. Mi è inoltre stato detto che se non si acquista il modem Tim (€240) il tecnico non provvede alla configurazione. Tornata a casa ho chiamato il numero verde Tim, mi hanno confermato che non occorre essere già clienti per aderire all'offerta e detto che il tecnico provvede alla configurazione del modem sia che sia il loro o uno di quelli indicato come compatibile. Non so che dire, se non che l'Azienda farebbe bene ad aggiornare il proprio personale perché versioni così diverse su uno stesso prodotto disorientano chi ne sta valutando l'acquisto.

Back home I called the toll-free number Tim, they confirmed to me that you don't need to be a customer to subscribe to the offer and said that the technician will configure the modem whether it's theirs or one of those indicated as compatible. I don't know what to say, except that the company would do well to update its staff because such different versions of the same product confuse those who are considering the purchase.
