★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è stato appena ristrutturato e si trova in una posizione facile da raggiungere e comoda per parcheggiare. Gli interni sono abbastanza curati e si presentano con un design minimal che mi ha convinto. I prodotti non sono presentati benissimo e forse qualche sorriso in più non guasterebbe. L'accoglienza dei clienti è il modo mogliore per tranquillizzare chi si rivolge a loro perché devono risolvere un problema Samsung. Un clima disteso facilita il recupero della fiducia nel brand che potrebbe andare persa.
The restaurant has just been renovated and is located in an easy to reach position and convenient for parking. The interiors are fairly neat and come with a minimal design that has convinced me. The products are not presented very well and perhaps a few more smiles would not hurt. The reception of customers is the best way to reassure those who turn to them because they have to solve a Samsung problem. A relaxed climate facilitates the recovery of trust in the brand that could be lost.

Very nice place with very nice and knowledgeable staff. They solved a very big problem with my Galaxy for free even if in theory they weren't obliged. A small pearl of civilization and kindness increasingly difficult to find in this world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la mia esperienza è stata molto deludete ,mandato a riparare perchè il telefono un A40 Samsung non veniva riconosciuto dal pc in più la batteria era da cambiare, tramite garanzia Samsung, mi viene riconsegnato dopo circa una settimana .,Adesso il pc lo riconosce, ma non si puo più telefonare, la scheda sim non viene piu letta e il telefono e inutilizzabile e con la batteria che non è stata cambiata .HO resettato il telefono diverse volte e fatti vari backup , con tutti i disagi del caso e perdite di tempo mi dicono di resettarlo di nuovo e rimandarlo per vedere cosa è successo. un'altra spedizione un altro reset un'altro backup non me la sono sentita e lo frullato nella spazzatura tutto questo perchè semplicemente i telefoni non vengono TESTATI prima di rispedirli indietro .
