E allora mi sono recata da questi ragazzi di teletek, e con neanche la meta' mi hanno ridato il nuovo telefono con tutti i miei dati
 I bought a new phone in another shop and where I got it they asked me for a transfer from one device to another even 65 euros. So I went to these teletek guys, and with not even half 'they gave me back the new phone with all my data

Friendly and efficient staff. I have had problems twice with devices, all solved within two or three weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugiardi e per di più incompetenti, ho chiesto più e più volte una spiegazione al problema dello smartphone, ma non mi hanno saputo rispondere nemmeno dopo 3 giorni, dicendomi di aver tentato svariate soluzioni (in pratica ammettendo di andare alla cieca, rischiando di poter danneggiare ulteriormente l'apparecchio). Ho inoltre richiesto in giorni antecedenti ad esso di poter essere aggiornato sulla situazione della riparazione, e come ben potete immaginare...nesssuna risposta. Mai e poi mai metterò più piede in quel posto, e spero che con questo post riuscirò a dissuadere abbastanza persone.
Liars and moreover incompetent, I asked again and again an explanation to the smartphone problem, but they didn't know how to answer me even after 3 days, telling me that I had tried various solutions (in practice admitting to go blind, risking being able to damage further the appliance). I also requested in the days before it to be able to be updated on the situation of the repair, and as you can imagine ... no answer. I will never ever set foot in that place again, and I hope that with this post I will be able to dissuade enough people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta al negozio perchè il mio telefonino non si accendeva più.Mi hanno chiesto €140 per ripararlo ed il consiglio tra le righe era quello di comprarne uno nuovo. Allora mi sono recata in un altro negozio dove semplicemente resettando il dispositivo mi hanno risolto il problema in 5 minuti e senza spendere un euro. Peccato che a TeleTek non sia neanche venuto in mente di provarci!
I turned to the shop because my phone didn't turn on anymore. They asked me for € 140 to fix it and the advice between the lines was to buy a new one. So I went to another shop where simply resetting the device they solved the problem in 5 minutes and without spending a euro. Too bad that TeleTek didn't even think of trying!

I took the display of my iphone 8 to be repaired and they changed it in an hour, spending even less than the amount I thought. Plus, I was served kindly and professionally. Highly recommended. Vote 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due giorni fa sono andata al negozio perché il mio cellulare non dava più segni di vita e non si accendeva più. Mi hanno chiesto 140 euro per ripararlo ed in pratica il loro consiglio era di acquistarne uno nuovo. Sono andata in un altro negozio dove semplicemente resettando il dispositivo, in 5 minuti mi hanno risolto il problema e non mi hanno fatto pagare un euro. Peccato che ai tecnici di TeleTek non gli sia nemmeno venuto in mente di provarci!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, purtroppo ho acquistato una chiavetta all'inizio della pandemia con l'urgenza di passare in smart working...non mi hanno detto che l'offerta che pagavo prevedeva in regalo un telefonino (che non mi hanno dato) per cui ora sono obbligata per 30 mesi a tenere la chiavetta a caro prezzo, anche se non mi occorre più e il telefono non me lo hanno dato. Sul contratto tutto questo era incomprensibile...Vergogna!
Bad experience, unfortunately I bought a key at the beginning of the pandemic with the urgency to switch to smart working ... they did not tell me that the offer I paid included a mobile phone as a gift (which they did not give me) so now I am obliged for 30 months to keep the key at a high price, even if I no longer need it and the phone was not given to me. On the contract all this was incomprehensible ... Shame!
