Il tecnico non ha identificato il problema ed ha richiesto dei soldi per aver eseguito delle prove a quanto pare inutili. Inoltre ha sostenuto ipotesi poco corrette come problemi di scheda madre, problemi dovuti alla pasta termica.
Successivamente ho portato il PC nel negozio Planet Computer: il tecnico ha identificato correttamente il problema e l'ha risolto senza troppe storie.
 Laptop with sporadic black screen problem.
The technician did not identify the problem and requested money for carrying out apparently useless tests. It also supported incorrect assumptions such as motherboard problems, problems due to thermal paste.
Then I took the PC to the Planet Computer shop: the technician correctly identified the problem and solved it without too many fuss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando si ha un problema con PC o apparecchi simili, una delle cose peggiori che si provano è la sensazione di incertezza e timore data dal non conoscere quale sia esattamente la natura del problema, le sue cause, la sua gravità. Per questo ho trovato molto efficace l'approccio seguito da questo centro di assistenza, molto attento ad informare il cliente nel modo il più possibile preciso e comprensibile, con suggerimenti e consigli anche al di là dello specifico problema segnalato. Il tutto con una cortesia ed una professionalità non comuni. Complimenti!
When you have a problem with PCs or similar devices, one of the worst things you experience is the feeling of uncertainty and fear given by not knowing exactly what the nature of the problem is, its causes, its severity. This is why I found the approach followed by this assistance center very effective, very careful to inform the customer in the most precise and understandable way possible, with suggestions and advice even beyond the specific problem reported. All with uncommon courtesy and professionalism. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior centro a cui mi sia mai rivolta: ormai vengo qui da anni, portando telefoni, notebook, netbook e ho sempre ricevuto consigli e soluzioni che fossero rivolte al mio interesse, con un occhio anche all'interesse del portafoglio del cliente. Assoluta onestà e tanta cura, dando anche consigli pratici per allungare la vita dei nostri dispositivi. E non meno importante, l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità: se possono, risolvono il problema immediatamente! Ho fatto un paio di commissioni nell'attesa, e nel giro di una mezz'ora era pronto il mio notebook.
Che dire: fantastici!
The best center I have ever turned to: I have been coming here for years, bringing phones, notebooks, netbooks and I have always received advice and solutions that were aimed at my interest, with an eye also to the interest of the customer's wallet. Absolute honesty and a lot of care, also giving practical advice to extend the life of our devices. And last but not least, the extreme kindness and availability: if they can, they solve the problem immediately! I ran a couple of errands while waiting, and within half an hour my notebook was ready.
What can I say: fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant place. My laptop died just before I came to Pisa to do some research.I got it fixed in the UK, or so I thought; I arrive in Pisa and it dies again. So I take it to CAI360: the guy not only mends it in a day (the problem was of course caused by a destructive windows update which killed the display) but also explained why the UK repair had not worked and offered to look at the machine again for free in a few weeks time in case the update problem has been resolved. Also friendly and very good value. Excellent.
