Sono entrata alle 19.35 perché avevo bisogno di comprare delle cose, non ho avuto il tempo di guardarmi intorno che la commessa mi ha sottolineato in modo veramente maleducato che alle 20.00 avrebbe chiuso. Kindness and zero professionalism. S	Steve Greco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ questa recensione non la faccio a nome mio ma, della mia mamma. è entrata casualmente da calzedonia per dare un occhiata ed è uscita non solo soddisfatta di quello che ha comprato (negozio ben fornito tra calze leggins e costumi con ottime promo) ma dalla professionalità gentilezza ed educazione nella commessa(Vanessa) che l'ha servita. ha detto che una ragazza cosi gentile educata e attenta a quello di cui aveva bisogno era tanto che nn le capitava. e trovare persone cosi al giorno d'oggi è raro a quando si trovano è sempre un piacere in quanto ti fa nno sentire importante e non come fanno tanti che si sforzano di essere gentili. Dopo circa cinque minuti, mi sono fatta avanti vedendo che la scherzosa conversazione al telefono proseguiva. Lei, senza rispondermi ha continuato a parlare al telefono. Dopo poco si è scusata con l’amica dicendo che richiedevano la sua attenzione in negozio. Visibilmente scocciata si è finalmente degnata di rivolgermi la parola. Preso il pacco, sono subito uscita. Non credo acquisterò mai più nulla nel punto vendita in questione. Brutta esperienza. I went in to collect a package. I was the only one in the shop. The clerk on duty was talking rudely on the phone, not caring about me at all. After about five minutes, I stepped forward to see the playful conversation on the phone continuing. She, without answering me, continued talking on the phone. After a while she apologized to her friend saying they were asking for her attention in the shop. Visibly annoyed, she finally deigned to speak to me. Taking the package, I immediately went out. I don't think I'll ever buy anything again at the point of sale. Bad experience.
