★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato il negozio Caledonia questa mattina e mi dispiace molto scrivere una simile recensione ma purtroppo mi sento in dovere di farlo. Sono entrata cercando un costume e l'addetta alle vendite non mi ha aiutata in alcun modo nonostante io avessi bisogno. Si è limitata a ripetermi due volte, con fare molto scortese, 'quello che c'è è esposto'. Il negozio in quel momento era vuoto e c'ero solo io. Il risultato è stato che sono uscita senza comprare niente. Ora, io lavoro al pubblico e conosco quali sono i modi corretti di relazionarsi con un cliente. Forse sarebbe opportuno almeno preparare gli addetti alle vendite con dei corsi formativi, come ho fatto io. Per il resto nulla da dire: Caledonia fa sempre bei costumi.
I visited the Caledonia shop this morning and I am very sorry to write such a review but sadly I feel compelled to do so. I came in looking for a costume and the sales clerk didn't help me in any way even though I needed it. She just repeated to me twice, very rudely, 'what is there is exposed'. The shop was empty at that time and there was just me. The result was that I went out without buying anything. Now, I work for the public and I know the correct ways of relating to a client. Perhaps it would be appropriate at least to prepare the sales people with training courses, as I did. For the rest, nothing to say: Caledonia always makes beautiful costumes.
