Dispiace solo per Wodafone, dovrebbe controllare di più i suoi negozi di riferimento, perché i clienti PAGANTI non si meritano questo modo di fare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sostituzione sim: il ragazzo castano con barba e baffi (non so il nome) è stato gentilissimo. Nonostante ad altri punti Vodafone non riuscissero, lui è stato un'ora ad aiutarci e alla fine ci è riuscito. Quindi grazie mille per la pazienza e servizio ottimo.
Sim substitution: the brown-haired guy with a beard and mustache (I don't know his name) was super nice. Although at other points Vodafone failed, he spent an hour helping us and in the end he succeeded. So thank you so much for your patience and great service.

Chiamato e non andato a buon fine..infatti oggi ci è stato sospesa internet. Abbiamo richiamato e ci è stato detto che va fatto in negozio.
Mia mamma si è recata di nuovo in negozio e gli è stato detto di fare sul sito o con una raccomandata, e così è stata liquidata, nonostante abbia chiesto di essere aiutata... un disservizio vergognoso... anche in un momento così delicato. Faremo un ultimo tentativo altrimenti cambieremo utente. Vergognoso.
