★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi! state alla larga! Vi vendono dei pacchetti dicendovi che sono gratuiti ma ve li ritrovate a rate in bolletta senza la possibilità di poterli disdire. Mi hanno fatto prendere a forza la vodafone tv dicendomi che ero obbligato a prenderla e poi l'avrei potuta disdire il giorno dopo! Mi hanno rifilato il GPS per il seggiolino del bambino in auto dicendomi che era gratuito (ho le rate da pagare fino al 2023!!!!). Vergognatevi!!!! sembravano gentili e cortesi ma invece.....
 Bad! stay away! They sell you packages telling you that they are free but you find them in installments in your bill without the possibility of being able to cancel them. They made me take the vodafone tv by force, telling me that I was obliged to take it and then I could cancel it the next day! They gave me the GPS for the child's seat in the car and told me it was free (I have the installments to pay until 2023 !!!!). Shame on you!!!! they seemed kind and courteous but instead .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ..se capitate a questo centro Vodafone chiedete di Martina, la numero uno! Ha risolto tutti i nostri problemi con una competenza e velocità impressionante!
AGGIORNAMENTO.. credevo di aver risolto, in vece è cominciata una vera e propria odissea.. la mia SIM avrebbe dovuto passare a 9,90 a mese, invece si sono presi 6€ al giorno per il traffico dati..
La nuova SIM fatta x mio figlio è partita già con dei servizi in più che non avevo chiesto, in più mi è stato dato un telefono (che non avevo chiesto e che non volevo..) e ho scoperto che se voglio cancellare questa SIM dovrò pagare una penale di 100€ per le rate del cellulare che.. ci tengo a precisare.. non ho chiesto e non volevo.. e NESSUNO mi ha detto che ero vincolato.. con la scusa di farti firmare su un tablet in realtà non ho visto cosa ho firmato e NESSUNO mi ha informato.. non credo sia regolare un comportamento del genere e mi informerò con chi di dovere
..if you come to this Vodafone center, ask for Martina, number one! He solved all our problems with impressive skill and speed!
UPDATE .. I thought I had solved it, instead a real odyssey began .. my SIM should have gone to 9.90 per month, instead they took € 6 per day for data traffic ..
The new SIM made for my son has already started with more services that I had not asked for, in addition I was given a phone (which I had not asked for and which I did not want ..) and I discovered that if I want to delete this SIM I will have to pay a penalty of € 100 for the mobile phone installments that .. I want to clarify .. I did not ask and did not want .. and NOBODY told me that I was bound .. with the excuse of having you sign on a tablet actually not I saw what I signed and NOBODY informed me .. I do not think such behavior is regular and I will inquire with whoever is responsible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente non sarà colpa del negozio,ma di Vodafone, comunque loro fanno da tramite quindi devo lamentare che mi hanno fatto pagare molto di più di quello che mi era stato detto e nonostante i miei multipli viaggi ancora non riesco ad avere la correzione della fattura e i soldi li hanno già presi!!!
It will probably not be the fault of the shop, but of Vodafone, however they act as an intermediary so I have to complain that they made me pay much more than what I was told and despite my multiple trips I still cannot get the invoice corrected and they have already taken money !!!
