★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessi di una scortesia unica. Chiamo per sapere se sia disponibile un’offerta, mi viene confermata e mi reco in negozio. Lo stesso commesso con cui ho parlato si rinviene che quella offera non sia più valida e senza nemmeno scusarsi mi gira le spalle e se ne va.
Non ci metterò più piede.
Committed of a unique rudeness. I call to find out if an offer is available, it is confirmed and I go to the shop. The same clerk with whom I spoke turns out that the offer is no longer valid and without even apologizing, he turns his back on me and goes away.
I won't set foot there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto piccolo e poco accogliente, i giochi usati costano quanto quelli normali, il personale è a dir poco antipatico, dopo appena 10 minuti in cui stavo osservando le varie opzioni di acquisto sono stato cacciato dal negozio con la scusa di far entrare nuova gente, senza aver comprato nulla. 1/5 la peggiore delle scelte per i negozi di questa catena. Davvero uno scandalo.
Very small and unwelcoming, used games cost as much as normal ones, the staff are nothing short of unpleasant, after just 10 minutes of looking at the various shopping options I was kicked out of the shop with the excuse of letting new people in, without having bought anything. 1/5 the worst of the choices for the stores of this chain. Really a scandal.

A point of reference for all Livorno gamers. Super stocked shop and always on the spot. Staff prepared and passionate about video games and everything that goes around them. The manager Giacomo is always super helpful and always ready to find the right solution to every problem and / or need. Super recommended. TOP.
