P	Paolo Pietrosanto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche mese fa entrai in questo negozio per informazioni riguardo un nuovo router e chiedendo esplicitamente se il router fosse almeno di 300mbps, mi risposero di si, cosa che purtroppo riscontrai falsa solo dopo qualche giorno la stipula del contratto. Nonostante un ottima ricezione WINDTRE nella mia zona, purtroppo, mi ritrovo con una pessima connessione(causata proprio dal router estremamente scarso) e vincolato da un contratto. Questo, ovviamente, è anche a causa della mancata sincerità e/o competenza del commesso. Considerando anche le altre recensioni si evince inefficienza ed incompetenza per cui farebbe bene, chi di dovere, a prendere provvedimenti immediati. A few months ago I entered this shop for information about a new router and explicitly asking if the router was at least 300mbps, they said yes, which unfortunately I found false only after a few days the signing of the contract. Despite an excellent WINDTRE reception in my area, unfortunately, I find myself with a bad connection (caused by the extremely poor router) and bound by a contract. This, of course, is also due to the lack of sincerity and / or competence of the clerk. Considering the other reviews as well, it is clear that inefficiency and incompetence are found, so it would do well, whoever is responsible, to take immediate action.
