★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato per una semplice questione burocratica che loro stessi potevano risolvere salvo invece essere indirizzato da parte loro alla Comet (dove avevo precedentemente acquistato un telefono Tim). Alla Comet ed anche telefonicamente al numero 119 prendevo atto che solo in un centro Tim appunto potevo risolvere la faccenda. SVOGLIATI e INCOMPETENTI!
I went for a simple bureaucratic issue that they themselves could solve but instead be addressed by them to Comet (where I had previously bought a Tim phone). At Comet and also by telephone that only 119 took place in a center Tim just I could resolve the matter. CRUMBED and INCOMPETENT!

I don't know how many times we went there, to solve the most disparate problems, and they have always been courteous, professional and skilled in solving any flaws. I don't think there is better customer service in the area.

Ci sono voluti 10 minuti e il gioco è stato fatto..... meraviglia??? No, solo umiltà e competenza. Grazie davvero
Finally we found courtesy and competence. After 15 days of continuous blundering between Tim and his branch in Cascina we managed to get a sim change; all with extreme courtesy. It took 10 minutes and the game was done ..... wonder ??? No, just humility and competence. Thank you very much
