Gentili, competenti, capaci, proattivi, sono un'ottima interfaccia con il cliente: sicuramente sono ben più di quello che la "signora Fastweb" si meriti, visti gli arrosti che combinano in sede.
 I had a problem and, although it was not their responsibility because inherent in a sim activated via the internet, they helped me to solve. Kind, competent, capable, proactive, they are an excellent interface with the customer: surely they are much more than what "Ms. Fastweb" deserves, given the roasts they combine in place.

Ho trovato una signora che ha fatto tutta la documentazione e mi ha dato la nuova SIM, prendendo l'impegno che appena la piattaforma ritornava online avrebbe concluso l'operazione. Infatti la mattina dopo la SIM era operativa. Ottimo servizio.
I went to replace a SIM, after another shop said the online platform was not working. I found a lady who did all the documentation and gave me the new SIM, making the commitment that as soon as the platform came back online she would complete the operation. In fact, the next morning the SIM was operational. Excellent service.
