I was this morning at Intimissimi Uomo in Pontedera to buy gifts, the saleswoman, a short-haired brunette lady, was of exemplary kindness and availability. Kind, thorough in the presentation of the garments, advising the garments with professionalism and accuracy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso proprio che non tornerò più a servirmi al negozio di Pontedera. La commessa presente oggi pomeriggio era veramente scortese e decisamente poco cordiale nei modi.
Ho dovuto recarmi a Intimissimi all'interno del Centro dei Borghi a Navacchio dove ho avuto un'accoglienza decisamente migliore: la commessa è stata veramente gentilie, garbata e disponibile.
Purtroppo i commessi che non sanno rapportarsi educatamente alla clientela penalizzano molto il negozio stesso tanto da invogliare il cliente a servirsi altrove.
I really think that I will never return to serve myself at the Pontedera shop. The saleswoman present this afternoon was really rude and very unfriendly in her ways.
I had to go to Intimissimi inside the Centro dei Borghi in Navacchio where I had a much better welcome: the saleswoman was really kind, polite and helpful.
Unfortunately, shop assistants who do not know how to politely relate to customers penalize the shop itself so much that they entice the customer to use them elsewhere.
