★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni che che vado in questo negozio oggi mi sono riscontrato in una delusione,volevo scalare i miei punti e ho acquistato un prodotto non a saldo(visto che i punti non si possono scalare sulla merce in saldo) ma i miei punti non mi sono stati scalati senza nessuna motivazione.
Mi è stato detto che i punti non si possono scalare sulla merce a saldo e che ho tempo fino al 1 settembre, e cosa scalo se dal 6 luglio fino a settembre ci sono i saldi?
After years of going to this shop today I found myself in a disappointment, I wanted to deduct my points and I purchased a product that is not on balance (since the points cannot be deducted on the goods on sale) but my points have not been been climbed without any reason.
I was told that the points cannot be deducted on the goods on sale and that I have until September 1st, and what do I call if there are balances between July 6th and September?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricevo un regalo comprato a Pontedera, quando lo apro vedo che c'è un filo tirato. All'interno del sacchetto regalo confezionato in negozio trovo lo scontrino cortesia. Vado al negozio per farmelo cambiare ma il commesso ha sbagliato a mettere lo scontrino cortesia e mi dicono che non possono cambiarlo.
I receive a gift bought in Pontedera, when I open it I see that there is a tight thread. Inside the gift bag packed in the shop, I find the courtesy receipt. I go to the shop to have it changed but the clerk made a mistake in putting the courtesy receipt and they tell me that they cannot change it.
