★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato in assistenza il mio Samsung j3 perché faceva foto sfuocate , in quanto si è rotto il vetrino sopra la fotocamera.
Mi ha sostituito il vetrino , ha preso 25 € mi ha rilasciato lo scontrino nella rabbia del momento non ci avevo fatto caso e il cellulare fa ancora foto sfuocate.
Ha preteso il pagamento nonostante non abbia risolto il problema perché prima di sostituire il vetrino non ha verificato se ci fosse un problema alla fotocamera .
