L	Luca Sisto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO SERVIZIO:Ho portato il mio orologio il giorno 17 di giugno, per un lavoro di accorciamento delle maglie del cinturino in metallo, e mi è stato detto di attendere 15 giorni lavorativi, ed al ritiro di pagarlo 4€ per il lavoro, assicurandomi di essere avvisato nel momento in cui sarebbe stato pronto, attesi questi giorni lavorativi mi sono presentato per sollecitare il mio orologio, è non era pronto, senza giri di parole dopo 4 tentativi per sollecitarlo a distanza di settimane e giorni rivado dopo un mese e 2 due settimane è finalmente è arrivato con la novità che la mano d'opera non costa quanto dichiarato in precedenza e ovviamente senza essere a conoscenza dell arrivo dell orologio al negozio dato che non mi è stato inviato alcun messaggio di avviso al ritiro. SE CI TENETE AI VOSTRI OROLOGI E HAI VOSTRI GIOIELLI VI SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI PORTARLI IN QUESTO NEGOZIO. BAD SERVICE: I brought my watch on June 17th, for a job of shortening the metal strap links, and I was told to wait 15 working days, and upon collection to pay it 4 € for the work, making sure to be notified when it would be ready, waited these working days I showed up to solicit my watch, it was not ready, without mincing words after 4 attempts to solicit it weeks and days later I reappear after a month and 2 two weeks has finally arrived with the news that the labor does not cost as previously declared and obviously without being aware of the arrival of the watch at the store since I was not sent any warning message on collection. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR WATCHES AND HAVE YOUR JEWELERY I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO BRING THEM TO THIS STORE.

Torno i quanto la misura non era adatta e sorpresa 3 giorni lavorativi diventano magicamente 30 giorni.....ok arrabbiato decidiamo di aspettare, ovviamente dopo 30 giorni anzi 31torniamo sicuri di trovare l anello e.....sorpresa da 30 giornipassiamo a 40 giorni lavorativi....VERGOGNATEVI VERGIGNOSI .... I buy the "one ruby" engagement ring, obviously I ask for a possible replacement for the size, I am assured that eventually the replacement will take place in 2 maximum 3 working days. I'll be back when the size was not suitable and surprise 3 working days magically become 30 days ..... ok angry we decide to wait, obviously after 30 days or rather 31 we are sure to find the ring and ..... 30 days surprise we pass to 40 working days .... SHAME YOURSELF

Non è il posto giusto per cose importanti tipo le fedine, non rispettano la data nonostante che le hai ordinate più di una settimana prima della data in cui volevi che fossero pronte. Sono riuscito a ritirare gli anelli dopo una ventina di giorni, in più c'è le hanno date sprovviste di scatoline, siamo dovuti ritornare in negozio per farcele dare Bad professionalism !! Not the right place for important things like rings, they don't respect the date even though you ordered them more than a week before the date you wanted them to be ready. I managed to collect the rings after about twenty days, plus there are dates without boxes, we had to go back to the shop to get them back.
