★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Extremely poor customer support. Bought a printer, two hairdryers, toaster and vacuum cleaner. Vacuum cleaner worked once and then stopped. I returned the vacuum cleaner 10 days after purchase (it's but because I did have the box (how ridiculous is that) I was told it could not be replaced but needed to go back to hoover for service. This is NOT a service issue it's defective product. I'm three weeks on and When I call the store for an update they hang up on me. When I call to the store they tell me to contact Hoover who have my non-working 10-day old vacuum cleaner and that they cannot do anything for me..... Just scandalous behaviour. Disgusting and appalling customer service. I will never purchase a product from this company again. Buyer beware... I recommend to buy your appliances from the local electrical appliance stores where you'll get personal support and service.. These large multinational retailers are a disgrace
