★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono arrivato (in fretta da Pontedera) alle 19.14 perchè avevo un progetto URGENTE da finire e mi sono trovato davanti a un negozio chiuso.
Visto che chiude alle 19.30h mi aspettavo che era aperto. Invece mi guardava la commessa e mi ignorava in un modo molto simpatico.
Mi dispiace, che la prima volta che sono andato sembravano di essere molto gentile.
 I arrived (quickly from Pontedera) at 7.14 pm because I had an URGENT project to finish and I found myself in front of a closed shop.
Since it closes at 19.30h I expected it to be open. Instead she looked at the saleswoman and ignored me in a very nice way.
I'm sorry, that the first time I went they seemed to be very kind.

Negozio fornitissimo, ci si trova praticamente ogni cosa riguardante l'elettronica e le comunicazioni.
Gli addetti sono molto competenti e forniscono sempre preziosi consigli che si rivelano sempre molto utili ai fini dell'acquisto mirato e della messa in opera.
I prezzi sono decisamente concorrenziali, magari non su tutto ma sulla maggioranza degli articoli.
Il sito web è sempre costantemente aggiornato anche con prezzi e quantità disponibili.
Il negozio è veramente grande, la zona espositiva non è enorme ma va a tutto vantaggio della disponibilità dell'oggetto cercato.
Purtroppo il bancone è fin troppo grande per sole due persone e spesso capita che, data la grande richiesta, si creino delle "code" non molto omogenee e quindi è praticamente impossibile per loro gestirle. In certi casi non sta al gestore garantire la corretta fruizione del negozio, ma al buonsenso del cliente stesso che, come si sa, non ha sempre insito in se il manuale per il corretto inserimento in coda. Potrebbero magari mettere i numerini, stile macelleria, o assumere una persona in più, ma a mio avviso se la gente riuscisse ad essere solo educata non ci sarebbe alcun disguido.
L'attenzione dedicata al singolo cliente servito è di gran lunga superiore a quanto aspettato. In caso di indecisione riescono a fornire consigli e fare domande mirate per far acquistare al cliente SOLO quello che serve ed al minor costo per la migliore qualità a loro disponibile.
Completamente soddisfatto in ogni singolo acquisto effettuato, e ne sono stati veramente tanti, a dispetto di quanto detto in una recensione precedente.

The employees are very competent and always provide valuable advice that always turns out to be very useful for the purposes of targeted purchase and implementation.
Prices are very competitive, maybe not on all but the majority of items.
The website is always constantly updated even with prices and quantities available.
The store is really big, the exhibition area is not huge but it is to the advantage of the availability of the object sought.
Unfortunately the counter is too big for only two people and it often happens that, given the great demand, we create "queues" which are not very homogeneous and therefore it is practically impossible for them to manage them. In some cases it is not up to the manager to guarantee the correct use of the store, but to the common sense of the customer who, as we know, has not always inherent in itself the manual for the correct entry in the queue. They could maybe put the numbers, butcher style, or hire an extra person, but in my opinion if people could just be polite there would be no mistake.
The attention paid to each customer served is far higher than expected. In case of indecision they can provide advice and ask targeted questions to make the customer buy ONLY what they need and at the lowest cost for the best quality available to them.
Completely satisfied with every single purchase, and there have been so many, despite what was said in a previous review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio assolutamente fornito, ho comprato un mini splitter 29 euro sotto consiglio dei tecnici Sky , ma purtroppo nn funzionava con sky,IL GIORNO DOPO SONO TORNATO chiedendo gentilmente di cambiarmi con qualcosa di altro, nn c'è stato modo si sono rifiutati,
Dicendo che loro nn sono lì per fare prove, di fatto anche loro mi avevano confermato che era l articolo giusto il giorno prima.
