Accolta fin da subito subito con prontezza e gentilezza da tutto il personale sono stata seguita per tutta la durata del processo di compravendita con dedizione e competenza, che sono le caratteristiche che fanno la differenza e che sono fondamentali quando in gioco c'è l'acquisto di un immobile.
Anche la capacità di proporre l'oggetto giusto senza inutili dispersioni di tempo non è un'abilità diffusa né scontata: nel mio caso la prima proposta è stata quella giusta!

Posso dire di essere stato seguito in maniera impeccabile e professionale sin dal primo appuntamento dove ho conosciuto l'agente immobiliare Gionata Antonini, il quale mi ha seguito e supportato durante questo lungo cammino alla ricerca di un immobile durato tre anni e che rispecchiasse le mie esigenze. Sempre reperibile ad ogni ora del giorno ed in grado di organizzare appuntamenti in base alle esigenze del cliente.
Sono stato colpito dalla professionalità nel mondo di lavorare, perché ad ogni appuntamento , sin dal primo giorno si è presentato sempre con tutta la documentazione inerente all'immobile al seguito, cosa che non ho mai avuto con le altre agenzie.
Ovviamente parlo per esperienza personale. Consiglio vivamente questa agenzia immobiliare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo sentiti seguiti e sempre ben consigliati, quando abbiamo chiesto consigli. Abbiamo visto decine di case fino a trovare quella giusta per noi. Durante tutte le visite sono sempre rimasti un po’ in disparte per non influenzare l’acquisto, provando ad accelerare i tempi come (forse ?) avrebbero fatto altri meno seri… Ma una volta scattata quella sensazione che dice: “è questa!”, si attiva anche un ulteriore aspetto della loro professionalità: bisogna contrattare con l’altra parte… bisogna attivarsi per il mutuo e le innumerevoli pratiche varie ed eventuali (fino a pochi secondi prima della fatidica firma il giorno del rogito!). Loro direttamente o la loro sorprendente rete di contatti ci hanno sempre seguito, dal lunedì alla domenica dalle 7 del mattino alle 4 di notte! Insomma, un po’ si può dire che siamo stati fortunati a trovare Frank e Maria, ma molto siamo stati bravi noi, a scegliere Franck e Maria per l’acquisto della nostra bella accogliente luminosa casa!

They directly or their amazing network of contacts have always followed us, from Monday to Sunday from 7 am to 4 am! In short, it can be said a little that we were lucky to find Frank and Maria, but we were very good at choosing Franck and Maria for the purchase of our beautiful cozy bright home!

Contando che io abito a Venezia e l'agenzia si trova a Pisa, poteva essere un'esperienza difficile, vista la distanza e la pandemia sempre in agguato.
Ci siamo incontrati pochissime volte e il più delle nostre pratiche le abbiamo assolte on-line.
Eppure grazie alla gentilezza, la professionalità e (serve anche quella!) la simpatia di Frank è stato tutto facile.
Non ho mai avuto problemi di reperire questa agenzia né di non avere assistenza o risposte alle mie domande.
Quindi mi sento con tranquillità di consigliare vivamente persone come queste che lavorano con passione, competenza e anche umanità.
Io sicuro quando passerò per Pisa andrò a salutare Frank!

I just bought the "house of my dreams" with this agency, in particular through Frank!
Considering that I live in Venice and the agency is in Pisa, it could have been a difficult experience, given the distance and the pandemic always lurking.
