Ho ricevuto un accoglienza professionale con tanto di stampa di scheda accettazione per l'identificazione sia dei computer che dei difetti e guasti da me dichiarati. Hanno effettuato una disamina di verifica immediata e hanno indicativamente comunicato un costo di riparazione di massima ed i tempi previsti di riconsegna. Hanno rispettato i tempi di riconsegna, ma la riparazione è stata di circa il 20% più costosa per problemi sopraggiunti e non prevedibili. Comunque sono rimasto soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto
I have taken to repair 2 computers: a desktop PC and a Notebook laptop. I received a professional welcome with a print of acceptance card for the identification of both the computer and the faults and failures I declared. They have carried out an examination of immediate verification and have indicatively communicated a repair cost in principle and the estimated redelivery times. They have respected the redelivery times, but the repair was about 20% more expensive due to unexpected and unpredictable problems. However I was satisfied with the service received

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disonesti è il minimo. Portato un notebook solo per una diagnosi (25 euro per presa in carico ), ne hanno voluti 36,60 giustificando tale somma con una pulizia interna + iva. Il preventivo per la riparazione era di 210 euro comprensivi di 130 euro per il pezzo (ventola), + 80 euro per manodopera. Riparazione non effettuata a quel costo trattandosi di un portatile vecchio. Riportato a casa è stato qui riaperto per trovarci ammassi di polvere in vari punti incluso il pezzo danneggiato. Trovato il ricambio su internet a 20 euro comprese spese di spedizione, la sostituzione è stata effettuata a casa in circa 30' comprensivi di smontaggio e rimontaggio coperchio posteriore.

Il massimo della Professionalità a costi più bassi della zona, Niente a che vedere con gli altri centri. Ci ritornerò

La gentilezza, la disponibilità del personale, addetto anche alla vendita e consulenza, nonché la congruità dei costi, reputano il negozio tra i migliori della gamma.
Professionalism, efficiency, punctuality. Definitely not a little factors for those who, professional or private, need to repair a computer device in a short time. The kindness, the availability of the staff, also involved in the sale and consultancy, as well as the fairness of the costs, consider the shop among the best in the range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non ho avuto una buona esperienza con il negozio. Il personale è senza dubbio cortese e disponibile ma forse in difficoltà nella gestione di inconvenienti. Per la riparazione di un computer Apple, di cui mi era stata comunicata la tempistica che avevo ritenuto accettabile, ho saputo con 3 settimane di ritardo, e solo perchè sono stato io a chiamare, che il pezzo per la riparazione non era ancora partito (tutt’ora a un mese di distanza non è ancora disponibile). Faccio presente che nello stesso periodo ( sempre sotto Covid) un’identica riparazione è stata risolta da un altro negozio in 10 giorni. Capisco ci possano essere problemi ma la comunicazione al cliente è fondamentale, soprattutto perché esistono servizi alternativi. In conclusione da questa esperienza ho tratto che per apparecchi “particolari” come gli Apple è meglio rivolgersi solo a servizi dedicati.

For the repair of an Apple computer, the timing of which I had deemed acceptable, I knew 3 weeks late, and only because I was the one who called, that the repair part had not yet started (all a month later is not yet available). I would like to point out that in the same period (always under Covid) an identical repair was resolved by another shop in 10 days. I understand there may be problems but communication with the customer is fundamental, especially because alternative services exist. In conclusion, from this experience I have drawn that for "particular" devices such as Apple, it is better to contact only dedicated services.

Grande esperienza e competenza, eccellente supporto pre e post vendita. Costo maggiore rispetto ai "supermarket dell'elettronica", ma tutto ampiamente giustificato e ripagato dalla qualità.
Sale, configuration and installation of IT equipment in the broad sense (not just PCs: also networks, audio / video, video cameras, etc.). Great experience and competence, excellent pre and post sales support. Higher cost than the "electronics supermarkets", but all amply justified and repaid by quality.
