l	luca caprili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usufruito stamani 6 ottobre 2019 del servizio trasporto disabili per portare mio suocero alla visita di invalidità alla USL Via Garibaldi a Pisa. I volontari si presentavano senza seggiolina a rotelle mentre era stata espressamente richiesta al momento della prenotazione,sono andati a recuperarla e questo ha generato ritardo sull'orario di appuntamento . Inoltre una volta arrivati alla USL mi hanno detto che per il ritorno dovevano andare a portare prima un altra persona a casa e quindi hanno detto di aspettarli che avrebbero fatto presto, peccato che la persona in questione doveva essere accompagnata a Vecchiano quindi da noi sono tornati oltre un ora dopo .Spero che questa segnalazione sia utile a migliorare il servizio, la causa è senz'altro da ricercare soprattutto nella presa in carico degli interventi da effettuare , con un pò più di organizzazione e di accortezza sarebbe facile ovviare a questi inconvenienti che rovinano il lavoro di molti degli addetti e costringono chi ha bisogno a subire notevoli difficoltà se pensiamo che sono persone anziane e con problemi.Tra l'altro il servizio non è gratuito ma ha il costo di 25 euro. The disabled transport service was used this morning on 6 October 2019 to take my father-in-law on a disability visit to the USL Via Garibaldi in Pisa. The volunteers showed up without a wheelchair while it was expressly requested at the time of booking, they went to retrieve it and this caused a delay in the appointment time. Furthermore, once they arrived at the USL they told me that they had to go and bring another person home first and then they told them to wait for them to come soon, too bad the person in question had to be taken to Vecchiano so they came back to us over an hour later. I hope that this report is useful to improve the service, the cause is certainly to be sought especially in taking charge of the interventions to be carried out, with a little more organization and foresight it would be easy to overcome these inconveniences that ruin the work of many of the employees and force those who need to suffer considerable difficulties if we think that they are old people and with problems. Among other things, the service is not free but has a cost of 25 euros.

E papà socio da 20 anni. :-) Each time the answers are not exhaustive and a very long time (6 hours) before being contacted by phone. And dad partner for 20 years. :-)

Generazioni di Pisani e non , si sono prodigati nel soccorso di ogni tipo senza nulla chiedere , nell' assistere i bisognosi . Mio nonno Egisto negli albori del secolo scorso era orgoglioso di andare nell'allora sede in via San martino era giovincello . Poi tutto cambio con lo scoppio della guerra dovette partire da allora altri tristi e brutti ricordi caporetto, il piave il ventennio . L'esilio in francia , la liberazione . Ma ora questi erano gli importanti ricordi di mio nonno Egisto . Che sovente raccontava a suo nipotino walter auspicandoli una migliore vita Grazie nonno esempio di vita .!!!!!!!!!!!. The pride of Pisan volunteering since 1800 !!!!!! Generations of Pisans and not, have worked hard to help of all kinds without asking for anything, in assisting the needy. My grandfather Egisto at the beginning of the last century was proud to go to the then headquarters in via San Martino he was a youngster. Then everything changed with the outbreak of the war and other sad and ugly memories of Kobarid had to start from then, the piave il twenty years. Exile in france, liberation. But now these were the important memories of my grandfather Egisto. Which he often told his grandson Walter wishing them a better life Thank you grandfather example of life. !!!!!!!!!!!.

Un ottimo a tutto lo staff operativo e dirigenziale che ha "eliminato" quelli individui non portati a questo lavoro. Un particolare ringraziamento alla segretaria che si mostra sempre disponibile e gentile.. doti oggi assai rare. Friendly, polite and professional staff with a noticeable and noticeable improvement over the last five years. A very good to all the operational and managerial staff who have "eliminated" those individuals not suited to this job. A special thanks to the secretary who is always available and kind .. skills very rare today.
s	simone bonanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spero vivamente di non fare mai più un tampone in loco maleducazione è igiene fuori dalla norma chiudetelo non ci sono persone competenti in materia per quanto riguarda tamponi da medici di famiglia sono rimasto allucinato dol sudicio e dalla scortesia del dottore o come si fa chiamare e una vergogna. Ci anno pure detto di andare alla farmacia per farlo ha pagamento ma io lavoro da 36 anni e lo stipendio in piccola parte lo faccio anche io Non ho i parole spero che faccia carriera al contrario I sincerely hope never to do a tampon again on the spot rudeness and hygiene out of the norm close it there are no competent people in the matter regarding tampons from family doctors I was hallucinated in filthy pain and by the rudeness of the doctor or whatever he calls himself and a shame. We are also told to go to the pharmacy to do it, but I have been working for 36 years and a small part of the salary I do too. I do not have the words I hope he will make a career in reverse

Mi dispiace perché i volontari delle sedi distaccate sono veramente bravi e disponibili, un peccato !!! Scritto mail al Presidente, al segretario e alla direzione nessuna risposta...... NO COMMENTI!!!! Funeral service not up to satisfying even the smallest requests. Not very cooperative despite my father having been associated for over 30 years. I'm sorry because the volunteers of the branch offices are really good and available, a shame !!! Written mail to the President, the secretary and the management no answer ...... NO COMMENTS !!!!
