Non contesto i soldi richiesti perché non essendo un servizio obbligatorio ognuno può scegliere come fornire il servizio, contesto il fatto che non mi sia stato detto al momento della telefonata. Comunque il cambio medico l'ho fatto alla farmacia Bottari in modo gratuito. I phoned to do the doctor change and they told me they did it without adding anything else. ATTENZIONE DA CHI ANDATE A FARVI I TAMPONI DON'T ABSOLUTELY GO TABLETS IN THIS PHARMACY. Molto comodo il fatto che segue gli orari del centro commerciale anche la domenica. Personale gentile disponibile accesso possibile con la spesa. Con un'organizzazione migliore si potrebbero evitare cose e attese infinite. Personale che esegue il tampone molto professionale. Essendo nel complesso di esselunga non ci sono problematiche di parcheggio. Una delle poche farmacie in Italia dove bisogna richiedere lo scontrino. Dopo aver pagato in contanti alla mia richiesta di scontrino ha detto che si poteva emettere solo se avessi pagato con carta. Poi si passa all’attesa per il tampone, ogni 5 pausa per i referti. Il tutto si traduce in almeno due ore d’attesa. Apprezzabile lasciar libertà senza prenotazione, ma l’organizzazione è da rivedere. Sono andata a fare un tampone in farmacia Raimo e, nonostante avessero finito i numeri per fare il tampone, me lo hanno fatto effettuare lo stesso. Il giorno prima ero andata a fare un tampone in un'altra farmacia che a distanza di 24 ore non aveva ancora caricato il risultato sul sito dell'igiene. Alla farmacia Raimo, invece, appena ho saputo l'esito hanno caricato subito il risultato.Unica farmacia che di sabato effettua tamponi! Farmacisti sempre cordiali e disponibili a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente! Super organized and super stocked pharmacy! These badly mannered, ignorant people, not only told us the test was accepted by the airport and it is not true, but they also did not even know how to find name and last name from a foreign ID. 45 minutes later they still made mistakes on the certificate and had me waiting to sell things to others, as they saw me upset telling them I had a baby waiting crying in the car, the owner started shouting at me in front of everyone I should thank him for his services. When arrived at the airport I was told their test was bogus because result is in Italian and not valid for travelling. INCOMPETENT, BAD MOUTHED, LIERS!!!
