Bravi! This review is entirely dedicated to the guys who work in this shop, in recent years I have bought phones, a dryer and a TV and every time the shop assistants have been helpful, prepared and kind. Abbiamo acquistato un telefono Samsung s20FE nuovo che da subito aveva lo schermo abbuiato, l’abbiamo reso (integro fisicamente) in negozio per fruire del recesso (rimborso o sostituzione) entro 8 giorni ma loro si sono rifiutati, nonostante fosse nostro diritto di consumatori. Lo hanno mandato in riparazione ed è tornato dopo 1 mese guasto come prima per “mancanza di componenti per la sostituzione”, nonostante ciò si sono rifiutati ancora di sostituirlo o di fare il rimborso. Contattiamo quindi direttamente Samsung che ci dice che “Comet avrebbe dovuto sostituirci il telefono” e la grave mancanza è loro, considerando che è integro fisicamente e che manifestava il problema da subito, in questi casi è infatti probabile che abbia subito danni nel trasporto. Abbiamo contattato un legale. We feel scammed. We purchased a new Samsung s20FE phone that immediately had a dimmed screen, we returned it (physically intact) to the store to benefit from the withdrawal (refund or replacement) within 8 days but they refused, despite it being our right as consumers. They sent it in for repair and it came back after 1 month broken as before due to “lack of replacement parts”, yet they still refused to replace it or make a refund. We then contact Samsung directly who tells us that “Comet should have replaced our phone” and the serious lack is theirs, considering that it is physically intact and that it immediately manifested the problem, in these cases it is in fact likely that it has suffered damage in transport. We contacted a lawyer.

Ho trovato l'articolo che cercavo dopo aver visitato a Pisa tutti gli altri negozi simili.Dovrebbe essere valorizzato di più ,e sempre a mio umile parere ,avere una illuminazione all'interno disposta meglio. Place where unexpectedly you find the right offer for you ... very kind staff. I found the article I was looking for after visiting all the other similar shops in Pisa.It should be valued more, and always in my humble opinion, to have a better arranged interior lighting.
