Mi hanno detto di lasciare un "acconto" di 10 euro per fare eventuale preventivo da restituirmi se non si trovava il pezzo rotto e il mio cellulare per farmi sapere. Passavano mesi di silenzio assoluto e andavo a chiedere notizie....dopo un anno mi chiamano dicendo di venire a ritirare il tutto perché non si può aggiustare....scorrettamente non mi hanno restituito l'acconto e non hanno fatto nessun preventivo perché il pezzo guasto non esisteva più. Esperienza da non ripetere. Scarsa professionalità e correttezza.
Carried a small appliance to repair. They told me to leave a "deposit" of 10 euros to make a possible quote to be returned to me if the broken piece and my cell phone were not to let me know. They spent months of absolute silence and I went to ask for news .... after a year they call me saying to come and collect everything because you can't fix it ... they incorrectly didn't give me back the deposit and they didn't give any estimate because the broken piece no longer existed. Experience not to be repeated. Poor professionalism and fairness.
