A me mi hanno aiutato molto perchè con 2 figli piccoli vedersi la casa allagata non è bello. anche se li ho chiamati alle 23 in meno di mezz'ora sono arrivati e mi hanno salvato la cantina. P	Piero Bernardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ salve io non capisco questa situazione, ma la mia domanda è chi è la PisaSpurghi? cioè io se volessi chiamare la Ecom perchè devo vederla sotto un'altro nome??? e se cerco la Pisa Spurghi perchè mi appare SpurghiPisa di Ecom è proprio un casino, e poi le recensioni della SpurghiPisa cioè della Ecom sono fatte sempre da donne straniere sicuramente finte come lo è il nome, dalla Videomaker, che furbetti, tutte recensione false INOLTRE la rencensione della ecom fatte alla videomaker dove c'è un camion di spurghi rosso copiato da internet, giusto per non finire mai la contraffazione!!!! insomma mi domando ma uno non dovrebbe pubblicizzarsi per come si chiama realmente? noi siamo qua per questo per tutelare il consumatore! Il problema si è presentato a fine Gennaio che il pozzo nero non riceveva più e quindi mi buttava tutto di fuori dai tombini di passaggio. Contattati e spiegando la situazione mi hanno detto che sarebbero intervenuti il giorno seguente. Non solo non sono arrivati, ma nemmeno rispondono al telefono, parte la segreteria, e alla fine nemmeno quella. Domo una settimana di tentativi invani sono stato costretto a chiamare " PS Pisa Spurghi " che, constatando insieme a loro, non solo i pozzi erano pieni, ma per effettuare il lavoro ci sono stati più di mezz' ora. Ecom in 5 minuti erano già pronti. Totale, 120 euro a Dicembre e 200 euro a Febbraio. La prossima volta vedrò bene di dover ricontattare Ecom Pisa Spurghi, a parte che nemmeno rispondono, ma mi sento preso in giro, anche e visto il fatto che entrambe i pozzi, nero e lavatrici erano stracolmi fino all' orlo mi sembra alquanto strano visto che di solito per accadere questo passa un anno, infatti ogni anno chiamo la botte. Faccio inoltre presente che siamo in 2 ad usare i servizi fognari, io, e l' altro inquilino e secondo loro, con due lavatrici avevo già riempito tutto, questo mi è stato risposto quando la prima volta mi hanno risposto, da li il silenzio.
