Abbiamo chiamato l'autobotte per stasare le fogne del condominio.
Il lavoro e' stato molto difficoltoso perché le incrostazioni erano tali da ostruire completamente alcuni tubi. Ci sono volute diverse ore per completare l'opera e alla fine hanno anche disinfettato il piazzale. Prezzo davvero onestissimo, anzi davvero pensavo di spendere molto di più vista la mole di lavoro. Consiglio a tutti perché hanno fatto davvero un ottimo lavoro.

We called the tanker to clear the condominium sewers.
The work was very difficult because the incrustations were such as to completely obstruct some pipes. It took several hours to complete the work and in the end they also disinfected the square. Really honest price, indeed I really thought I would spend much more given the amount of work. I recommend to everyone because they have done a really good job.

La persona che è venuta ha fatto il lavoro, ma dopo giorni si sentiva ancora più puzza di quella che avevamo prima in casa, quindi ho richiamato perché venissero a fare un ulteriore check. E' venuto sempre lo stesso signore, per carità gentile, però nel rifare le stesse operazioni ha per sbaglio fatto cadere il tappo di uno dei nostri pozzetti dentro il pozzetto stesso. Mi dice di non preoccuparmi e di comprarne uno nuovo a 2€. Ovviamente siccome sono in affitto, mi sono consultata con la proprietaria di casa che mi dice che i tappi sono fatti su misura e giustamente devono riparare loro al danno fatto. Chiamo più e più volte parlando con l''operatrice al telefono, che mi dice di non preoccuparmi perché andranno a comprare il tappo e me lo porteranno, tanto è un tappo standard. Dopo due settimane ancora niente, e durante l'ennesima chiamata parlo con una persona diversa che mi comunica che in realtà hanno dovuto chiedere di fare il tappo su misura e che quindi avremmo dovuto aspettare che fosse pronto. Dopo tre settimane siamo ancora qui che aspettiamo... Ogni volta ci viene detto che il giorno dopo verrà qualcuno e invece non si presenta nessuno. Puoi essere competente quanto vuoi, ma se non sei serio è così che perdi i clienti...
I used their service to empty the septic tank. The person who came did the job, but after days it smelled even smarter than we had before in the house, so I called back for them to come in for another check. The same gentleman always came, please, kindly, but in repeating the same operations he accidentally dropped the cap of one of our wells into the well itself. He tells me not to worry and to buy a new one for € 2. Obviously since I am renting, I consulted with the landlady who tells me that the caps are made to measure and rightly so they must repair the damage done. I call over and over again talking to the operator on the phone, who tells me not to worry because they will go to buy the cap and bring it to me, so much is a standard cap. After two weeks still nothing, and during the umpteenth call I talk to a different person who tells me that in reality they had to ask to make the cap to measure and therefore we would have to wait for it to be ready. After three weeks we are still here waiting ... Each time we are told that the next day someone will come and instead nobody shows up. You can be as competent as you want, but if you're not serious that's how you lose customers ...
