Mi era stato consigliato un piano dettagliato con tanto di voci specificate e di sconti applicati (tra cui uno a vita di €5) e il totale mensile alla fine era €22 circa. Finita la promozione avrei dovuto pagare sempre 22€ grazie a questo sconto a vita ma.... Quando mi arriva la bolletta, finita la promozione, l'importo non è come dovrebbe essere. Sono andata quindi nel punto vendita per chiedere chiarimenti, si scusano ma loro non possono fare nulla ed io devo chiedere che mi venga rivisto il piano parlando con l'assistente virtuale. Mi sembra giusto, loro sbagliano ma non possono fare niente ed io parlare con un computer!!! Non si lavora così!!! I do not recommend! Unfortunately my experience was very negative. After the promotion I would always have to pay € 22 thanks to this lifetime discount but .... When the bill arrives, after the promotion, the amount is not as it should be. So I went to the store to ask for clarifications, they apologize but they can't do anything and I have to ask for the plan to be reviewed by talking to the virtual assistant. It seems right, they are wrong but they can't do anything and I talk to a computer !!! Do you work well !!!
M	Maria Teresa Axo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rientrata a roma ieri sera dalle vacanze e dopo un viaggio davvero pesante ( cantieri, traffico e incidente) finalmente a casa ma sky non funge, panico. il centro sky vicino casa chiuso per ferie finalmente mi risponde uno vicino casa ... grazie. Giusi è stata bravissima e paziente e ha subito individuato il problema e poi carinamente mi ha seguita anche dal cell per il montaggio ecc . problema risolto senza l'intervento dei tecnici... Gentilezza, professionalità e grande disponibilità. CONSIGLIATISSIMO I contacted the fastweb center for a fault on the sim. In a very short time they replaced the sim and solved the problem.
