Il momento dell'acquisto di una casa è sempre un po' stressante ( specie durante il covid!), ma loro hanno sempre risposto alle nostre chiamate in ogni momento, e ci hanno seguito dall'inizio al giorno del rogito. Molto molto bravi e professionali ???

The moment of buying a house is always a bit stressful (especially during the covid!), But they have always answered our calls at all times, and have followed us from the beginning to the day of the deed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidata a questo studio per la vendita di casa mia e qui ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere due agenti, Gioele e Giovanni, che si sono rivelate due persone meravigliose, sia sotto il profilo umano che quello professionale. Con estrema onestà e dedizione si sono occupati del mio appartamento quasi come se fosse stato il proprio, e tutti i loro sforzi sono comprovati dai risultati raggiunti, ovvero hanno trovato un acquirente in soli 3 mesi e senza svalutare di un centesimo il valore della casa, il tutto in un periodo profondamente difficile come questa pandemia. Con squisita gentilezza, mi hanno assistito dalla messa in pubblicità fino al momento del rogito, il che non era nemmeno dovuto visto che normalmente il lavoro di mediazione dell'agente si conclude al preliminare. Per tutte queste ragioni e molte altre, consiglio vivamente lo Studio Tecnocasa Somalia!

With exquisite kindness, they assisted me from advertising to the moment of the deed, which was not even due since the agent's mediation work normally ends at the preliminary. Ho avuto modo di apprezzare cortesia e professionalità, ma soprattutto la grande disponibilità per ogni genere di problema insorto non solo prima ma anche dopo l'acquisto dell"immobile, quando il loro compito si sarebbe teoricamente dovuto esaurire. Non mi sono mai sentita abbandonata! Grazie mille per tutto!
I bought an apartment and I relied on the Tecnocasa agency in via Somalia and in particular on the agents Gioele and Giovanni. I was able to appreciate courtesy and professionalism, but above all the great availability for any kind of problem that arose not only before but also after the purchase of the property, when their task should theoretically have run out. Mi ha seguito Giovanni Colantuoni che spicca per la sua esperienza e competenza. A differenza di altri, il loro obiettivo non è quello di assicurarsi la provvigione attraverso uno scambio frettoloso di firme, ma di soddisfare i propri clienti. Tale politica li premia e per questo quando dovrò fare un nuovo investimento immobiliare senz’altro tornerò da loro.
