Non entrò nel merito della vendita (ogni immobile e’ chiaramente un caso a se stante) ma sul loro eccellente operato professionale e dai modi cortesi.
Io li consiglio veramente!
What to say? Efficiency, courtesy and professionalism ... the team led by Federico really satisfied me by selling the property that I proposed in fifteen days.
He did not go into the merits of the sale (each property is clearly a case in its own right) but about their excellent professional work and courteous manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistare una casa è sempre una cosa faticosa. Farlo attraverso un'agenzia è generalmente un'esperienza che si vuole dimenticare: "soldi rubati, si prendono una percentuale e non fanno nulla".
La mia esperienza con loro è stata differente.
Grazie all'aiuto quotidiano e costante di Danilo, sono riuscito ad acquistare l'immobile che volevo, riuscendo ad ottenere una mediazione che altrimenti non ci sarebbe stata.
Saperli in zona mi fa venir voglia di comprare qualche altra cosa (ma prima bisogna trovare i soldi)!!
Continuate così.
Buying a house is always a tiring thing. Doing it through an agency is generally an experience you want to forget: "stolen money, they take a percentage and do nothing".
My experience with them was different.
Thanks to Danilo's daily and constant help, I was able to buy the property I wanted, managing to obtain a mediation that otherwise would not have existed.
Knowing them in the area makes me want to buy something else (but first you have to find the money) !!
