β β β β β passport office: very inefficient state police office, they ask you to come back and forth 20 times for one single document, and also very mysoginist: they have been more flexible with my husband than with me. I strongly recommend to avoid it, if possible.

β β β β β Iβve been in Italy for 6 years now and I had to go to many police offices for renewing my permit, and this office is by far the worst. The young man at the desk was super rude and arrogant, not just with me but with everyone. He was really doing his best to create obstacles despite me having all the documents. I highly recommend avoiding this office if youβre able to.

They have sent us back and forth to other places and don't admit when they've made mistakes. Any self-respecting person should stay clear of this place.
Probably the worst in Milan.
