Una persona a cui hanno rubato il portafoglio deve andare in altri posti perché qui c'è sempre un problema. Se arrivi 45 minuti prima della chiusura non ti fanno entrare perché stanno chiudendo. Assurdo. Useless police station! Only for those who have to make the residence permit. A person whose wallet has been stolen has to go to other places because there is always a problem here. m	mm cananzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità, disponibilità, cortesia e simpatia ecco le prime parole che mi vengono in mente pensando ai funzionari di PS che mi hanno accolto nei loro uffici; persone dedite con amore e abnegazione alla loro professione, persone schiette in grado di capire l’ansia e le preoccupazioni e fanno di tutto per tranquillizzarti, persone che non sono solo in veste di rappresentanti dello stato ma di “amici”, persone che ti aiutano, sono presenti sempre, persone che quotidianamente, ventiquattrore su ventiquattro ci proteggono. Ed è a loro e a tutte le Forze dell’Ordine che vanno il mio rispetto, la mia gratitudine e la mia stima; grazie Sovrintendente Capo Bitetto, grazie Ispettore Coronato e grazie Assistente Capo Coordinatore Carbonelli (non so se ho rispettato la gerarchia). Grazie di quanto fate per me, grazie di quanto fate per tutti noi. Professionalism, availability, courtesy and friendliness are the first words that come to my mind when thinking of the PS officials who welcomed me into their offices; people dedicated with love and self-denial to their profession, outspoken people who understand anxiety and worries and do everything to calm you down, people who are not only as representatives of the state but as "friends", people who help you , there are always people who protect us every day, round the clock. And it is to them and to all the Police Forces that my respect, my gratitude and my esteem go; thanks Chief Superintendent Bitetto, thanks Inspector Coronato and thanks Assistant Chief Coordinator Carbonelli (I don't know if I respected the hierarchy). Thank you for what you do for me, thank you for what you do for all of us.

M	Marco Beretta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante ci fosse solo 1 persona prima di noi, siamo entrati 45 minuti oltre l'orario di prenotazione, con una bambina di 4 anni e siamo stati mandati via solo perché mancavano 2 fotocopie, che nell'elenco dei documenti pubblicato sul sito non sono citate e che loro si sono rifiutati di fare. Although there was only 1 person before us, we entered 45 minutes after the booking time, with a 4 year old girl and we were sent away only because 2 photocopies were missing, which in the list of documents published on the site are not mentioned and which they refused to do.

M	Massimo Mascolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante si possa fare la denuncia di smarrimento del documento di identità in qualsiasi commissariato/caserma dei carabinieri, mi viene caldamente consigliato di andare a farla da un'altra parte in quanto residente a Segrate, appellandosi a fantasiosi principi giurisprudenziali con toni veramente sgradevoli. In realtà l'agente voleva solo snellire la fila perché in quel commissariato a detta sua ci viene troppa gente rispetto ad altri. Capisco la giornata molto calda (io stesso ho fatto tutta la fila sotto il solo prima di essere mandato via) ma l'impressione è che non ci fosse una gran voglia di lavorare. We needed some extra help for another issue since we barely speak any Italian, and help was given to us in English. The officer of our case was the nicest and most professional Italian we had ever met. Keep on the good work and good luck.
