★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negligent and without a sense of responsibility when it comes to time and attitude. A simple task takes far longer than it should in this questura.
A permit of stay which is printed and ready should not take over one hour to hand over.

Despite having an appointment and nobody before me, it took me more than one hour to be seem by a moody and rude officer.
These people has 0 respect, are lazy, rude and abuse of their position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first time, I had a good experience in questura. Even though they moved my appointment in future, but the lady (today she was wearing red), she was too kind, calm and helpful. Sorry(forgot to ask her name), she accompanied me at the main gate, until the office in the left, took my documents, printed, answered all my doubts and queries, no yelling, no discrimination, not being rude/angry. I mean God bless her. At least my day went well otherwise 8:30 am in the morning at questura and someone starts yelling. You can imagine how the day would go. Thank you once again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By chance, this year for renewal of my permesso I went to this office if questura.
A nice lady, who talked in English, proceed with kit and finger print, and later the same person gave me the new one. Years in Italy never had a good feeling in questura , but this one was quite organized, with kind staff.
Very good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In November, I received a message saying that I need to go to this police station to pick up my permit of stay. And today when I came to the police station, the staff just told me that I received the wrong message and I should go to the police station which collected my fingerprints. How ridiculous…. When I arrived at the police station at Turati, hundreds of people were in queue waiting to pick up their permit of stay and it’s 8°C today. The waiting hall was full and only four counters were open…. I was too naive to think I don’t need to suffer again when picking up the card and also speechless of the Italian bureaucracy.
And I am sure they won’t improve themselves:)
