w	wei w. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro per un ricatto urgente, persone gentilissimi ,orario di apertura d'ufficio 9-13 ma loro mi hanno risposto telefonicamente alle 15.30 e visto che ho la gamba rotta mi hanno aspettato fino alle 17 nonostante il traffico che ci divideva ad arrivare a queste meravigliose persone,hanno lavorato e fatto l'extra quando potevano tranquillamente dirmi di venire un altro giorno!!vi ringrazio tantissimo siete molto ben organizzati e ve li meritate tutte queste 5 stelle!grazie ancora!!!! I turned to them for an urgent blackmail, very kind people, office opening hours 9-13 but they answered me by phone at 15.30 and since I have a broken leg they waited for me until 17 despite the traffic that divided us. get to these wonderful people, they worked and did the extra when they could safely tell me to come another day !! thank you very much you are very well organized and you deserve all these 5 stars! thanks again !!!!

Comunque ho risolto molto bene con Altroconsumo. Mi hanno aiutato subito anche se non avevo un appuntamento (non sapevo si dovesse prendere). Ultimamente è raro essere ascoltati e aiutati. Great, I was very, very satisfied. I found competent, prepared, precise, cordial and polite people. They helped me right away even though I didn't have an appointment (I didn't know I had to make it). Seppure mi sia recato presso gli uffici di Milano per uno spiacevole episodio, per contro, ho trovato competenza, professionalità, empatia. Ringrazio pubblicamente tutti coloro che mi hanno accolto e con cui ho parlato. Di alcuni agenti purtroppo non ho il nome ma elogio pubblicamente l'ISP. Sgrò e l'Agt. Gabrieli. Si tratta di uomini e donne al servizio della cittadinanza con una preparazione professionale "pazzesca", che operano rischiando la propria salute ininterrottamente anche sotto la minaccia del COVID. Sono in "prima linea", continuamente aggiornati e hanno anche, oltre a una spessissima formazione professionale, delle doti umani, relazionali davvero eccezionali. Grazie davvero e complimenti allo Stato e a tutti i Dirigenti che operano nel settore per aver selezionato persone di così alto valore e aver messo in campo una struttura come questa.
