Bathroom there is the dirty and never been cleaned .. stupid decision to visit Italy

β β β β β I had left my passport in Firenze at my pensione, and I needed to make a report so that I could check into my hostel for my one evening stay. Though the service was slow, the police were quite friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that while being quite stressed.

β β β β β By far the most unprofessional police precinct I have ever come across!
I watched then mock and bully an old man who came in asking for help.
Further more, when asked about an update on our case, I experienced being harassed, mocked and not being given any information.
How any of them passed their exams, is beyond me. They acted more like bullies than officers of the law.
They are a disgrace to the uniform!
