★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Fiat Qubo trekking semestrale a dicembre 2019, a distanza di ben 8 mesi dopo le promesse via WhatsApp del titolare devo ancora ricevere:
-ANTENNA RADIO da sostituire ancora all'acquisto perché rotta;
-CERNIERA DEL COFANO in quanto, durante il tagliando, il loro meccanico di fiducia non conoscendo l'auto deve averla manomessa rendendola malfunzionante. Me ne sono accorto dopo qualche giorno perché mancava anche l'acqua dei tergi (chissà come lo hanno fatto il tagliando??)
Mi spiace fare una recensione NEGATIVA ma a distanza di troppo tempo la pazienza è venuta meno. Peccato perché la macchina fino ad ora, nonostante queste promesse non mantenute sembra vada bene.
 I purchased a six-month Fiat Qubo trekking in December 2019, 8 months after the promises via WhatsApp of the owner, I still have to receive:
- RADIO ANTENNA to be replaced again on purchase because broken;
- HINGE OF THE BONNET as, during the service, their trusted mechanic, not knowing the car, must have tampered with it, making it malfunctioning. I noticed it after a few days because there was also no wiper water (who knows how they did the coupon??)
I'm sorry to make a NEGATIVE review but after too long the patience has failed. Too bad because the car so far, despite these broken promises, seems to be going well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maurizio è molto disponibile e cerca di accontentare i clienti e le loro richieste. Un po’ lenta la consegna delle auto a Km0 dovuto alle lungaggini burocratiche ed alla situazione pandemica. Star Car la consiglio vivamente.
Maurizio is very helpful and tries to satisfy customers and their requests. Delivery of 0km cars is a bit slow due to bureaucratic delays and the pandemic situation. Star Car I highly recommend it.
