A distanza di 7 mesi mi sono presentato lì dicendo che il climatizzatore non funzionava. E lì ho toccato con mano la professionalità di questi signori: lo hanno riparato senza battere ciglio,nonostante fosse bucato il condensatore che invece era perfettamente funzionante al momento dell'acquisto. Figuriamoci che non hanno voluto neanche i soldi della ricarica del gas. È bastata solo una stretta di mano. Comunque se posso dare un consiglio ai venditori, controllate le macchine quando le acquistate!!!!! P.s. ottima l'idea quella di rispondere alle recensioni con un'altra recensione mettendosi 5 stelle! Aggiornamento: mi è stato detto che avevano cambiato il condensatore: ad oggi il climatizzatore non funziona. Ho portato la macchina in renault e mi è stato detto che il condensatore non è mai stato cambiato e che hanno solo fatto una ricarica di gas che mi hanno anche fatto pagare. Comunque ovviamente le riparazioni fatte erano GRATUITE !!! Ci mancava pure ….. un’auto da 11.000,00 euro ….. che dopo un mese aveva già problemi … che avete risolto si …. Ma Facendo perdere tempo ore di lavoro e benzina per arrivare fino lì per risolvere i guasti …. Anzi prima ho scritto tre volte ma In realtà saremmo venuti lì almeno 5 volte ….. l’auto in sostituzione sporca ci è stata consegnata così ben due volte … quindi non credo che sia problema di tempo …. E comunque un’auto in sostituzione visto il periodo covid va pulita e sanificata prima Di essere consegnata ….. pazzesco !! Senza parlare dei modi arroganti tanto che l’ultima volta siamo stati accolti dal meccanico e chi mi ha venduto l’auto non si è nemmeno alzato dalla sedia per salutare !
