Ho acquistato un'auto usata del 2012 nel 2018, appena l'ho portata a casa mi ha dato subito problemi; Il problema era la catena di distribuzione che era da cambiare, l'ho riportata indietro praticamente dopo 2 giorni, siccome era in garanzia di 1 anno e loro l'hanno sostituita.
Il problema reale è che adesso a distanza di 2 anni dovrei risolvere tutti i loro disastri.
1 mese fa perdeva olio e il problema era la guarnizione della catena( guarnizione marcia) perché giustamente dovevano risparmiarci sopra, non l'hanno cambiata ma rimontata, per non parlare del fatto che la catena non è in fase. Ho acquistato l'auto a 119. 000 km adesso ne ha 140.000, in questi due anni ho percorso 20.000km, una catena di solito dura anche ben più di 250.000! Mi ritrovo a dover acquistare una nuova auto perché sistemarla non ne vale la pena, grazie Luxauto!
Sadly, bad car dealership.
I bought a used car from 2012 in 2018, as soon as I took it home it immediately gave me problems; The problem was the timing chain that needed to be changed, I brought it back practically after 2 days, as it was under 1 year warranty and they replaced it.
The real problem is that now, 2 years later, I have to solve all their disasters.
1 month ago it was leaking oil and the problem was the chain seal (gear seal) because rightly they had to save on it, they didn't change it but reassembled it, not to mention that the chain is not in phase. I bought the car at 119,000 km now it has 140,000, in these two years I have traveled 20,000km, a chain usually lasts well over 250,000! I find myself having to buy a new car because fixing it is not worth it, thanks Luxauto!
