E	Eleonora Rivolta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è gentile e premuroso verso gli anziani. Medici, infermieri e terapisti accudiscono gli ospiti quotidianamente. Le attività svolte sono adeguate agli degenti. La hall è spaziosa e ben illuminata.. C'è un'abisso tra l'entrata spaziosa, ben illumina e pulita con o reparti vecchi e non sempre puliti. C' è pochissimo spazio verde. I prezzi sono sopra la media. The staff is kind and considerate towards the elderly. Doctors, nurses and therapists attend to guests daily. The activities carried out are adequate for the patients. The hall is spacious and well lit .. There is an abyss between the spacious entrance, well lit and clean with old or not always clean wards. There is very little green space. Prices are above average.

Le attività che possono svolgere gli ospiti, anche grazie ai numerosi volontari presenti, sono diversificate e quindi le loro giornate scorrono gradevolmente. My mother is a guest of the hotel now for two years and in all that time in my experience I found courtesy and cooperation from all staff. Activities that can carry guests, thanks to the many volunteers present, are diversified and therefore their days pass pleasantly.

La videochiamata è una grande risorsa che permette di sentire i nostri cari ancora più vicini ed è fatta con puntualità ed attenzione. Questa situazione di difficoltà ha fatto apprezzare ancora di più la professionalità che durante la normale routine veniva data per scontata, non la si notava. Ora, più che mai, è visibile agli occhi di tutti. GRAZIE MILLE PER TUTTO!!! My mom has been a guest for 5 and a half years and never as in this period I am appreciating everyone's effort and I feel the closeness like a big family. The video call is a great resource that allows you to feel our loved ones even closer and is made with punctuality and attention. This difficult situation made it possible to appreciate even more the professionalism that during the normal routine was taken for granted, it was not noticed. Now, more than ever, it is visible to everyone. THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Quello che posso dire però è che io e la mia famiglia, papá compreso, non ci siamo mai sentiti soli. Abbiamo superato momenti difficili, ma con la certezza di avere conforto, attenzioni, cure adeguate. Ora, in questa situazione cosí assurda, sentiamo ancor di piú la vicinanza di tutti gli operatori della struttura che stanno facendo il possibile per rendere piú sostenibile per gli ospiti questa condizione destabilizzante, rassicurando costantemente anche i loro famigliari. Grazie di cuore My dad has been a guest in this facility since December 2018. It has not been easy and it is still not easy to accept this condition. What I can say though is that my family and I, including dad, never felt alone. We have overcome difficult moments, but with the certainty of having comfort, attention, adequate care. Now, in this absurd situation, we feel even more the closeness of all the operators of the structure who are doing everything possible to make this destabilizing condition more sustainable for the guests, constantly reassuring their families too. La direttrice dssa Cassani è stata molto brava a chiudere le attività e le visite tempestivamente quando ancora nessuno pensava fosse così disastroso! ?? Ci tengono costantemente aggiornati su come i nostri cari sono tutelati. Un Grazie di cuore a tutti gli operatori che con un lavoro encomiabile riescono a portare sollievo ai nostri cari. ? My mom has been a guest since June 2019. even before this emergency I supported their splendid work, but now even more. The director of Cassani was very good at closing activities and visits promptly when no one thought it was so disastrous yet! ?? They keep us constantly updated on how our loved ones are protected. A heartfelt thanks to all the operators who with commendable work manage to bring relief to our loved ones. ?

Attraverso questa recensione desideriamo esprimere il nostro ringraziamento e la nostra gratitudine alla RSA ed a tutte le persone che con diversi incarichi e ruoli vi lavorano. Abbiamo visto la nostro cara accudita e assistita non soltanto con professionalità ma anche e soprattutto con una grande umanità. Anche in un periodo così complicato come questa pandemia (soprattutto per gli ospiti ed i loro familiari costretti ad una lontananza dolorosa) tutto il personale ha fatto veramente moltissimo per gestire la situazione mantenendo come criterio ispiratore questa umanità. Il nostro è quindi un grazie che arriva dal cuore e che vorremmo destinato a tutti nella RSA. Through this review we wish to express our thanks and our gratitude to the RSA and to all the people who work there with different positions and roles. We have seen our dear cared for and assisted not only with professionalism but also and above all with great humanity. Even in such a complicated period as this pandemic (especially for guests and their families forced into a painful distance) all the staff have done a great deal to manage the situation while keeping this humanity as an inspiring criterion.
