Si lascia il numero a un centralino che poi lo passa al referente di zona, che non si è MAI degnato di chiamare nonostante il sollecito. Se questa è la professionalità con cui lavorano... complimenti!
Contacted twice after days for URGENT search for a caregiver, never called back. You leave the number to a switchboard who then passes it on to the area contact person, who NEVER deigned to call despite the reminder. If this is the professionalism they work with ... congratulations!
