Nonostante la visita in sè sia stata valida e accurata, al momento di pagare mi hanno detto che il prezzo preventivato per telefono al momento della prenotazione dell'esame non includeva il costo della visita. Premesso che ho pagato 200 euro invece dei 100, non stiamo parlando di poco, e sarebbe stato corretto quanto meno accennare per telefono che oltre al costo dell'esame ci sarebbe potuto essere il costo della visita. Io davo per scontato che l'esame includesse anche la visita. Non penso che tornerò in questo posto.

Although the visit itself was valid and accurate, at the time of paying I was told that the price quoted over the phone when booking the exam did not include the cost of the visit. Given that I paid 200 euros instead of 100, we are not talking little, and it would have been correct to at least mention by phone that in addition to the cost of the exam there could have been the cost of the visit. I assumed that the exam also included the visit. I don't think I'll go back to this place.
