g	giovanni gruttadauria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve, in data odierna avevo in prenotazione una RNM enc con mezzo di contrasto presso la sede di Lissone alle ore 11, mi sono presentato al centro alle 1026 numero H70 come tagliandino e come indicazione vostra. Accettazione effettuata... Ma il mio esame è in ritardo di 30min.. Comunicazione non trasmessa in fase di accettazione. Cmq ok.. Nessun problema. Esame effettuato verso le 12... Esco dal centro con urgenza (ore 1215) perché ero a digiuno e stanco per la terapia in atto...dimenticandomi la giustifica lavorativa. Appena rientro a casa a desio mi accorgo subito della dimenticanza.. E quindi mi reco subito al centro di Lissone alle ore 1245. Chiedo gentilmente se fosse possibile avere la possibilità di avere giustifica lavorativa riguardante la prestazione appena effettuata neanche 30 min fa. La risposta è stata che una volta uscito dal centro diagnostico di Lissone anche x pochi minuti non è più possibile avere la giustifica lavorativa... Anche a distanza di pochi minuti delle precedura effettuata. Chiedo adesso gentilmente se nel ritiro del referto e fattura (da 21 dicembre 2021) saranno segnalati data e orario della procedura eseguita presso il vostro centro di Lissone o se ci fosse un modulo da parte vostra che attestasse la data, l'orario, la procedura.. RNM enc con mezzo di contrasto eseguita in data 16 dicembre 2021 a nome mio. . M	Mattia Sireci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi racconto la mia esperienza odierna cerco di contattare il centro al telefono con esito negativo lascio pure il messaggio in segreteria ma non vengo a richiamato quindi decido di recarmi al centro qui a Lissone centro vuoto non c’era nessuno chiedo gentilmente se era possibile prenotare la visita che avevo bisogno ( molto urgente) E la signora mi risponde che nella struttura si possono solo prenotare quelle di urgenza, se funzionasse il call center e la segreteria uno non si recherebbe in struttura di questi tempi, ribadisco che la struttura era vuota sarebbe stata una cosa di massimo 5 minuti ho provato a chiamare sia Lissone Bregnano e Cesano Maderno sempre con esito negativo la mia esperienza è pessima! cosa molto importante da nessuna parte c’è scritto che qui nella struttura si possono prenotare solo le visite con urgenza a saperlo non sarei neanche venuto! I clienti vanno trattati con rispetto e penso che sia concesso dire che 13 minuti di attesa sono tanti. Complimenti, avete perso 4 clienti in una chiamata sola. Telephone reservation staff very surly and rude. Customers must be treated with respect and I think it is safe to say that 13 minutes of waiting is a long time. Congratulations, you lost 4 customers in one call.

La prenotazione al telefono è veloce e comoda, così come i tempi di attesa presso la struttura. L'apertura anche nei fine settimana mi permette di non dover prendere permessi lavorativi, davvero utile. I have always had a great time, from booking to acceptance, from the visit to the delivery of the reports, nothing to complain, always punctual and courteous. Booking over the phone is quick and convenient, as are waiting times at the hotel. Opening even on weekends allows me not to have to take work permits, which is really useful.
g	giattiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo necessità di una risonanza magnetica piuttosto urgente e non sapevo più a chi chiedere, perché, anche a pagamento, avrei dovuto aspettare due mesi...Ho chiamato questo centro, trovando sempre la linea occupata, così ho lasciato un messaggio, come richiestomi, esponendo il problema. Sono stata richiamata il giorno dopo, da una signorina molto gentile, che mi ha fissato l'appuntamento. Una settimana prima, sono stata ricontattata per confermare la data e l'ora. Il giorno della risonanza, sono stata accolta subito, da persone gentili e disponibilissime e da dottori professionali e cordiali. Devo dire che, leggendo alcune recensioni negative, avevo un po' di timore, che fortunatamente è stato totalmente dissipato. Sicuramente qualcuno sarà stato vittima di disguidi o problematiche di altro genere, ma io posso solo ringraziare tutte le persone che lavorano nel Centro radiologico Lissonese. Ce ne fossero, di posti così! I needed a rather urgent MRI scan and I didn't know who to ask anymore, because, even for a fee, I would have to wait two months ... I called this center, always finding the line busy, so I left a message, as requested, exposing the problem. I was called back the next day by a very nice young lady who made an appointment for me. A week earlier, I was contacted to confirm the date and time. On the day of the MRI, I was greeted immediately, by kind and very helpful people and by professional and cordial doctors. I must say that, reading some negative reviews, I had a bit of fear, which fortunately was totally dispelled. Surely someone will have been the victim of misunderstandings or other problems, but I can only thank all the people who work in the Lissone Radiological Center. There were, of places like this!

E va bé, torno a casa. Ho perso il conto di quante volte ho provato a chiamare in 2 giorni, a tutte le ore. Nessuna risposta. Lascio un mess in segreteria (sarete richiamati, dicono). Passano i giorni e nessuno richiama. Provo on-line seguendo la procedura. Passano i giorni e... niente. Vergogna! É inutile che rispondete a queste recensioni dicendo che prendete atto... Siamo in tanti a lamentarci dello stesso problema. Ci prendete in giro con queste risposte apparentemente educate, dato che poi non cambia niente. Siate più seri nei confronti degli utenti che si rivolgono a voi e risolvete il problema. They do not allow you to make reservations in person unless a priority is indicated on the referral. It is useless for you to respond to these reviews by saying that you take note ... There are many who complain about the same problem. You make fun of us with these seemingly polite answers, since nothing changes then. Be more serious about the users who come to you and solve the problem.

Questo con prenotazione del SSN,ma se prenotavo come solvente sarebbe stato uguale? Non credo proprio!! ovviamente ho riprenotato altrove (da solvente, altrimenti aspetto altri 3 mesi!!!) e credo proprio non mi rivedranno mai
l	laura bordessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato un’ecocolodoppler agli arti inferiori tramite SSN con il numero verde dieci giorni prima dell’appuntamento. Arrivata al centro il giorno dell’esame , accolta con gentilezza dal personale dell’accettazione, scopro che la prenotazione risulta cancellata il giorno precedente (???) non si sa da chi, né perché! Fortunatamente il medico non solo si rende disponibile ad effettuare comunque l’esame (sempre in regime di SSN), ma l’esegue con molta cura, precisione e fornisce delucidazioni molto esaustive! Infinitamente meglio dello stesso esame eseguito a PAGAMENTO in un altro centro molto più grande e rinomato. Cinque stelle (all’ennesima potenza!) meritatissime!! I had booked an ecocolodoppler for the lower limbs through the SSN with the toll-free number ten days before the appointment. Arriving at the center on the day of the exam, greeted with kindness by the reception staff, I discover that the reservation is canceled the previous day (???) no one knows by whom or why! Fortunately, the doctor not only makes himself available to carry out the examination anyway (always under the NHS), but carries it out with great care, precision and provides very comprehensive explanations! Infinitely better than the same exam performed for a PAYMENT in another much larger and more renowned center. Five stars (to the nth degree!) Well deserved !!
