★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto l'ambulatorio grazie ad un amico di Milano, mi sono già sottoposto a diverse sedute, tempi di attesa brevissimi e il personale è davvero gentilissimo. Lo studio è facilmente raggiungibile con poco più di 20 minuti venendo da Milano. Quello che mi ha davvero convinto è stata la disponibilità di macchinari di ultima generazione, mi sono informato molto prima ma devo ammettere che mi trovo davvero bene, ve lo consiglio assolutamente-
 I met the clinic thanks to a friend from Milan, I have already undergone several sessions, very short waiting times and the staff is really very kind. The studio is easily accessible with just over 20 minutes coming from Milan. What really convinced me was the availability of latest-generation machinery, I got to know a lot earlier but I have to admit that I really like it, I absolutely recommend it-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Le fisioterapiste sono brave ma le tempistiche per farti fare le sedute sono troppo lunghe. In 4 mesi che sono andata ho risolto poco e niente. Mi sembra di aver buttato via soldi e tempo.
Very bad experience. The physiotherapists are good but the timing for you to do the sessions are too long. In 4 months that I went I solved little and nothing. I seem to have thrown away money and time.

I tempi di attesa per le terapie sono brevi e i professionisti qualificati. Ho sempre ottenuto ottimi risultati.
I went to the clinic several times, for different needs and I recommend it; the information received in the secretariat has always been clear and the staff efficient and helpful. Waiting times for therapies are short and the professionals are qualified. I have always achieved excellent results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata personalmente per prenotare una serie di 5 trazioni cervicali come prescritto dal medico che mi ha in cura. Le ho dovute pagare in anticipo (per fortuna non ho acconsentito ad usufruire del loro pacchetto da dieci come caldamente consigliato dalla segretaria!!!)e il risultato è stato disastroso.
Esperienza a dir poco traumatica! Dopo il secondo tentativo non sono più riuscita ad andare per dolori conseguenti alla terapia....davvero poca professionalità !!!!
E logicamente nessuno mi ha contattata per gli appuntamenti mancati! !! Che tristezza!

I went personally to book a series of 5 cervical tractions as prescribed by the doctor treating me. I had to pay them in advance (luckily I didn't agree to take advantage of their package of ten as highly recommended by the secretary !!!) and the result was disastrous.
Traumatic experience to say the least! After the second attempt I was no longer able to go due to pain resulting from the therapy .... very little professionalism !!!!
And logically, no one contacted me about missed appointments! !! How sad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la mutua, SENZA LISTA D'ATTESA, non c'è nemmeno l'agenda! E quindi non prendono prenotazioni fino a quando.... Non si sa!!.... Privato.... Stesso dottore settimana prossima! Forse farebbero meglio a dire... non siamo convenzionati!!... Almeno non prendono in giro le persone! Come privato invece incassano immediatamente, nel mio caso, 600 €... Non male?
For the mutual, WITHOUT A WAITING LIST, there is not even the agenda! And so they do not take reservations until .... No one knows !! .... Private .... Same doctor next week! Maybe they'd better say ... we're not affiliated !! ... At least they don't make fun of people! As a private person, they immediately cash in, in my case, € 600 ... Not bad?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata più volte presso l'ambulatorio e mi sono sempre trovata molto bene.
Lo studio èun ambiente pulito e curato,anche arredato con gusto [un particolare per me non superfluo, trattandosi di un luogo pubblico frequentato prevalentemente da persone con qualche malessere o "acciacco" anche solo per riabilitazione]
Per quanto riguarda i servizi il personale è molto competente e professionale, per la maggior parte ragazzi giovani e disponibili, esaustivi ma non troppo tecnici nelle spiegazioni o nei consigli per cui risultano chiari ma non sbrigativo.
Personalmente ho usufruito di fisioterapia e osteopatia riabilitativie sempre con risultati soddisfacenti.
Inoltre ho iniziato una dieta con il biologo nutrizionista, che riceve ogni due settimane, ed è anche lui giovane, professionale, competente ma anche simpatico e solare.
Non mi spiego quindi le recensioni negative, può capitare come in ogni altro posto di trovare qualche problema o incomprensione, ma in più occasioni e con diversi membri del personale il mio feedback è stato positivo, segreteria compresa.
I have been to the clinic several times and have always found myself very well.
The studio is a clean and well-kept environment, also tastefully furnished [a detail that is not superfluous for me, since it is a public place mainly frequented by people with some discomfort or "ailment" even if only for rehabilitation]
As for the services, the staff is very competent and professional, for the most part young and helpful guys, exhaustive but not too technical in the explanations or advice so they are clear but not hasty.
Personally I have used physiotherapy and rehabilitative osteopathy always with satisfactory results.
I also started a diet with the nutritionist biologist, who receives every two weeks, and he is also young, professional, competent but also friendly and cheerful.
So I can't explain the negative reviews, it can happen as in any other place to find some problems or misunderstandings, but on several occasions and with different staff members my feedback has been positive, including the secretariat.

Completo per le varie cure di riabilitazione ortopedica .
Io lo pratico ormai da anni e devo dire che mi hanno aiutato con ernia del disco rimettendomi in piedi con ozonoterapia,
La dottoressa che se ne occupa devo dire che euna vera professionista.
Ho mandato altri miei famigliari per altre cure e sono rimasti soddisfatti dello studio.
Lo consiglio senza dubbi.

I have been practicing it for years now and I must say that they helped me with a herniated disc by getting me back on my feet with ozone therapy,
The doctor who takes care of it I must say that she is a true professional.
I sent other family members for other treatments and they were happy with the study.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ambulatorio è serio e ben organizzato. Sono stato seguito con impegno dal fisiatra e dal fisioterapista. Il dottor Savio è stato il professionista più preparato e appassionato che abbia mai incontrato. Mi ha aiutato tantissimo con una terapia attiva, consigli, spiegazioni chiare, esercizi ad hoc sempre efficaci e mai massacranti.
Molto bene anche in reception, ottima la pulizia, brevi i tempi d'attesa con prescrizione SSN.
The clinic is serious and well organized. I was followed with commitment by the physiatrist and physiotherapist. Dr. Savio was the most knowledgeable and passionate professional I have ever met. He helped me a lot with active therapy, advice, clear explanations, ad hoc exercises that are always effective and never exhausting.
Also very good at the reception, excellent cleaning, short waiting times with NHS prescription.
