Negli anni passati ho usufruito dei servizi del centro medico e devo dire che mi sono trovato sempre bene. Quest'anno prenoto RX tramite Unisalute e noto che hanno cambiato ragione sociale, ora il centro si chiama Bianalisi. Il giorno precedente l'appuntamento vengo contattato perchè il macchinario per RX non funziona e che sarebbero dovuti venire i tecnici e mi avrebbero chiamato loro per prendere nuovo appuntamento. Col passare dei giorni non si fa sentire nessuno, chiamo io (attese estenuanti al centralino) e mi dicono che non hanno idea di quando la macchian sarà riparata. Prenoto in altra struttura. Intanto prenoto e faccio holter 24 ore sempre da loro. "Per il ritiro referto chiamiamo noi" mi dicono. A una settimana di distanza non sento nessuno, chiamo (altra attesa da 10 minuti) e mi viene detto che il referto non è disponibile perchè il dottore non c'è di passare la prossima settimana... 12 giorni per un referto di un holter... Che dire, sicuramente NON utilizzerò mai più questo centro.

In the past years I have used the services of the medical center and I must say that I have always found myself well. This year I book RX through Unisalute and notice that they have changed their name, now the center is called Bianalisi. The day before the appointment I am contacted because the RX machine does not work and that the technicians should have come and called me to make a new appointment. As the days go by, no one is heard, I call (exhausting waits at the switchboard) and they tell me they have no idea when the car will be repaired. I book in another structure. Meanwhile, I book and holter 24 hours always from them. "For the withdrawal of the report we call" they tell me. A week later I don't hear anyone, I call (another 10 minute wait) and I am told that the report is not available because the doctor is not there to come next week ... 12 days for a report of a holter ... What can I say, I will definitely NEVER use this center again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio di prenotazione. Dal sito non si riesce a prenotare e suggeriscono di chiamare il centralino. Il centralino è sempre occupato. Ho prenotato una visita in un'altra struttura.
Bad booking service. From the site it is not possible to book and they suggest calling the switchboard. The switchboard is always busy. I booked a visit to another facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandaloso, così sono in grado di esercitare la libera professione anch'io ... scarico di responsabilità, supponenza e nessun risultato. Mio figlio si rompe un dito che viene steccato in PS per cui prenoto visita medica privata con ortopedico mano (non specifico il nome per privacy). Risultato: sola ricerca di tutele (protezione) personale/professionale con scarico di responabilità + altezzosità (nel tentare di "ottenere" maggiori dettagli sulla stato di salute del dito di mio figlio, mi è stato chiesto "chi è il medico, io o lei). Peccato che ne sono uscito senza un parere, nonostante il servizio sia privato!!!
Scandalous, so I am able to practice my profession too ... discharge of responsibility, arrogance and no result. My son breaks a finger that is splinted in PS so I book a private medical examination with an orthopedic hand (I don't specify the name for privacy). Result: only search for personal / professional safeguards (protection) with liability discharge + haughtiness (in trying to "get" more details on the health of my child's finger, I was asked "who is the doctor, me or her Too bad I came out without an opinion, despite the fact that the service is private !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una rivalutazione del personale magari, dal momento che chiamo e chiedo delle informazioni essendo la prima volta in questa struttura mi viene detto da bianalisi 1 di andare a bianalisi 2 facendo così per 4 volte senza avere indicazioni esatte sono stata costretta a tornarmene a casa e prenotare in un altra struttura. Comunque un po di educazione non farebbe male a nessuno.
A re-evaluation of the staff perhaps, since I call and ask for information being the first time in this structure I am told by bianalisi 1 to go to bianalisi 2 doing so for 4 times without having exact indications I was forced to go home and book in another facility. However, a little education wouldn't hurt anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Dovevo prenotare una lastra ai raggi. Ho provato a telefonare per oltre 1 ora. Sempre occupato. Ho provato ad un altro orario sempre occupato. Sono stato costretto a scegliere un altro centro che mi ha risposto nel giro di 5 minuti. Incredibile........
Bad experience. I had to book a x-ray plate. I have been trying to call for over 1 hour. Always occupied. I tried another busy time. I was forced to choose another center which replied to me within 5 minutes. Incredible........
