★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al contrario della maggior parte dei negozi di telefonia, ho trovato persone preparate e disponibili; interessate a farsi carico del mio problema per trovare una soluzione. In un mondo di operatori telefonici dove il risponditore automatico è l'unico interlocutore che si riesce ad avere, finalmente degli umani in carne ed ossa che sanno darti un supporto tecnico molto competente.
Unlike most of the phone shops, I found people prepared and available; interested in taking charge of my problem to find a solution. In a world of telephone operators where the automatic answering machine is the only interlocutor that you can have, finally humans in flesh and blood who know how to give you very competent technical support.
