C	Claudia Ciarambino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavo di rivolgermi ad un negozio per essere "al riparo" dal caos delle compagnie telefoniche, invece Elitel non mi ha seguita come avrebbe dovuto/potuto fare nel passaggio di una sim a TRE e lo scherzetto mi è costato 136€, dovendo pagare per mesi una sim aziendale che non è mai stata attivata, nonché la penale per aver recesso il contratto anzitempo. Con Elitel ho avuto problemi ad attivare anche altre due sim personali (mamma e figlio); non essendo aziendali, non ho sofferto di oneri economici per la mancata attivazione; ho solo perso molto tempo ad attendere che il signor M.G. arrivasse (sempre molto in ritardo!) al nostro appuntamento in negozio, per risolvere le questioni in sospeso. Bè, sicuramente in futuro mi rivolgerò altrove! Oppure farò da sola attraverso i call center: in che cosa consiste il servizio di un negozio, se poi non ti assistono quando ci sono dei problemi? Well, I will definitely go elsewhere in the future! Or will I do it myself through call centers: what is the service of a store, if they don't assist you when there are problems?

Premetto che ho sbagliato io a fidarmi del sistema (ossia che se prenoti il tel e poi altre 3 persone lo prenotano tramite te tu hai quel telefono a circa un terzo del valore commerciale). Ciò non toglie che è riprovevole che un esercizio commerciale utilizzi determinati escamotage per truffare la gente. Ad oggi non ho più vostre notizie e la pagina fb del negozio a voi collegata è stata rimossa. Complimenti veramente. About a year and a half ago I "booked" at this store via fb an iphone X. I state that I was wrong to trust the system (ie that if you book the tel and then other 3 people book it through you you have that phone at about one third of the commercial value). The fact remains that it is reprehensible that a business uses certain ploys to defraud people. To date I have no news from you and the fb page of the shop connected to you has been removed. Congratulations indeed.
