I prodotti molto spesso sono difettati e quando torni per il rimborso creano problemi mettendo in dubbio la parola del cliente.
Peccato che non ci sono zero stelle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato molto bene sopratutto i prezzi molto meglio dei finti outlet degli elettrodomestici che si spacciano in giro molto meglio anche di MediaWorld perché Expert ti fa servizio completo nel mio caso smontaggio lavastoviglie e piano cottura e rimontato e provati nuovi ci ritornero'senz'altro perché che che ne dicano MediaWorld non fa questo servizio completo e poi è molto più cara

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seguito di un improvviso guasto al forno combinato con microonde aventi dimensioni non più standard in quanto molto datato, la persona addetta del reparto, sig. Alessandro, mi ha aiutato ricercare le marche che ancora producono il tipo a me necessario, solo due purtroppo e dopo laboriosa ricerca si è trovato il modello che ho subito prenotato. In attesa della consegna faccio i complimenti per la sempre altissima professionalità del personale dell'ex Arosio Luce e ora Expert di cui sono affezionato cliente fin dalla vecchia sede di Lissone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande, rifornito, pulito e luminoso: il nuovo negozio Expert di Lissone lo consiglio. Il personale addetto alla vendita è competente e preparato, sa sempre indicarti al meglio le caratteristiche di un prodotto ed eventualmente consigliarti quello più adatto. Mi sono sempre trovata bene e sicuramente tornerò, come ogni volta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo negozio. Personale non competente e maleducato. Prima mi hanno venduto un televisore HD ready spacciandolo per ultra HD. Poi me l'hanno cambiato con un Akai. Il televisore per il mio utilizzo specificato non era idoneo e dopo neanche un mese si è rotto. Mandato in assistenza torna dopo un mese rotto. Oggi dopo tre mesi recandomi in un altro negozio sono riuscito a comprare un ottimo televisore. Peccato che non ho potuto più usufruire del Bonus TV. Perché la mia tele vecchia se la sono tenuti loro. Non comprerò mai più in questo negozio nemmeno una presa anche perché hanno i prezzi più alti degli altri.
Bad shop. Unqualified and rude staff. First they sold me an HD ready TV as ultra HD. Then they changed it for me to an Akai. The TV set for my specified use was not suitable and broke after less than a month. Sent for assistance back after a broken month. Today after three months by going to another store I managed to buy a great TV. Too bad I was no longer able to take advantage of the TV Bonus. Because they kept my old television. I will never buy even one outlet in this shop again because they have higher prices than the others.

Dopo 20 minuti di attesa sono andata via
