Consigliato con tecnici molto preparati

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho applicato una protezione per il display del telefono che mi è durata più di 6 mesi. Poi mi si è staccata ma sono tornata per rimettere lo stesso prodotto con il quale mi sono trovata benissimo e che mi ha protetto il telefono da molte cadute.
I applied a screen protector on my phone which lasted for more than 6 months. Then it came off but I came back to put the same product with which I had a great time and which protected my phone from many falls.

Fast, professional and friendly. They give 1 year warranty and use original spare parts. If they do not have a replacement at home, they can get it to arrive within the day. Top service. Never seen such a serious repair and sales shop! Highly recommended !!! I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dare per forza una stella ma non ne vale neanche mezza!! Ho acquistato da loro un iPhone 7 rigenerato pensando che fosse un cellulare destinatario al mercato europeo, ma dopo 2 anni al primo aggiornamento del sistema si è bloccato in quanto è un cellulare CINESE!!!!!?????
pertanto non si riesce a fare l'aggiornamento!!! Secondo loro (geni della lampada) si tratta del guasto della scheda madre,mentre per il centro assistenza Apple no.... pertanto mi hanno rubato altri 27,50€ di diagnosi( non hanno fatto un piffero)!! Siccome voglio sondare la loro professionalità ??? gli ho lasciato il cellulare in assistenza ma da quasi un mese non sanno a quali specchi attaccarsi!!!quindi secondo me evitate di affidarvi a loro!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato da loro un Iphone XS usato e perfetto. A dir la verità il telefono sembra nuovo, nessun graffio o segno. Inotre mi hanno spiegato molto bene la differenza tra il rigenerato e l'usato che io non sapevo.
Gli unici che davvero ti danno spiegazioni e consulenze in maniera professionale. ( prima di recarmi da loro ho sentito altri della zona)
MI hanno rilasciato un anno di garanzia.

I bought a used and perfect Iphone XS from them. To tell the truth the phone looks like new, no scratches or marks. They also explained to me very well the difference between regenerated and second-hand that I did not know.
The only ones who really give you explanations and advice in a professional way. (before I went to them I heard from others in the area)
They issued me a one year warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so disappointed! I bought from them an iPhone cover and protection glass...new thing made for iPhone with nice white borders. very pricey though ..€30 just for the glass!!! What really annoyed me that this glass is sooo fragile! In less than a month It has already a big crack just from being in my bag! I went back to the shop but they have refused to replace the glass as I didn't have a receipt! What a rip off! Never going there again and going to spread a word of such bad products and even worse customer service!
